Bed was comfy, pillows were great, the down comforter was amazing! Breakfast buffet was really an added value with plenty to choose from and a comfortable dining area which did not feel cramped. It had booths and tables for seating and was well designed to handle many guests at once.

Walls were a little thin, jacuzzi tub was very close to the pool so it was not as relaxing. Acoustics in the pool area made any noise quite loud. It was great that the pool area was open late but I did not expect the number of kids in the pool after 9 pm.

Room was exceptionally clean and newly renovated. Beds are comfortable and since we were at the back of the building (requested) we didn't hear too much road noise. The breakfast is the usual fare - waffle machine, buffet with eggs and bacon, along with bread, bagels muffins and muesli, fruit and yogurt. An all round good hotel that was very reasonable for the comfort and price.

As overseas guests, we’re always surprised by the widespread use of plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast. They’re unpleasant to use and feel like a false, wasteful economy. Why not consider employing staff to clear, wash, and replenish proper dishes and cutlery? It would greatly enhance the dining experience.

Beds and linens were so comfortable. The mattress was perfect combination of soft and supportive. Nice new, modem and clean hotel. Open lobby with tv and plenty of seating. Not really kitchen but it's where breakfast is served so you can use microwave and disposable dishes. Mini refrigerator in room. Liked the layout of the room. Great hot water and pressure for shower and bathtub. Love the hot tub and pool for adults and families. Also a gym open 24 hours. Convenient location for visiting Asheville or surrounding areas. Long and spacious room. Waffle House across the street. Well lit parking lot.

Despite this being nice hotel and convenient location, it's just outside of town and I didn't want to go outside by myself. Not sure if it is bad area or if it's just a lot of homeless people around there. There was a lot of street noise and we had to use ear plugs to be able to sleep. Also disappointed that breakfast was mostly gluten based except for bananas, oranges, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and special bagel they have in the back. I'm sure kids will love the pastries, waffles, cereal, two kinds of sausage and juice.

Clean and comfortable. . They were generous with bottled water to drink, fr9nt desk personnel were kind and efficient.

Could have 2 comfortable chairs for relaxation or a love seat. There was plenty of room for that. No breakfast due to water issues following the storm but would have expected a credit on the room charge or a voucher for local restaurants as most were open and serving,. No warning on the reservation information about water issues and no breakfast.

Room was clean.

Front desk lady was rude even with her informing us they’ll be a 15+ minute wait because she was unable to check people in due to an issue with the system. She didn’t tell us what time was breakfast for the next day, anything about the amenities. She was extremely nice to the people in front of us and gave them all the information. She was definitely discriminating against me for no reason.

Nice, clean, quite place. The staff was great. Front desk customer service, "Daniel" was very helpful with questions and suggestions on places to eat, things to do. Would definitely stay here again. Great location. Close enough to visit attractions, dining and shopping ,but not in the middle of town. Uber was great to avoid parking downtown. A small indoor pool and gym was nice, the hot tub was a treat after walking most of the day.

Really nothing negative.

Location was perfect! Close to downtown and major interstates. Danny R., who worked at the front desk, was amazing! Always had a great attitude, consistently well-mannered, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very spacious (plenty of walking room around beds, between TV and beds, and in bathroom). Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Food was continuously replenished throughout breakfast hours.

Closet space was very small - a 16"-wide wardrobe to hang clothes.

This is a nice property. Location is good. Unfortunately there were some loud guests, but that was not the hotel's fault. We wanted to be on the top floor, but they could not accommodate that request. Highly recommend. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thanks.

Very pleased with this hotel & this stay. The room was exceptionally clean. We had trouble with a suitcase not opening and the general manager came to the rescue. Other staff was friendly and helpful. The room price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel!

It's all good, but it was not exceptional. friendly clean - everything you should expect

midnight fire alarm was pulled. building was emptied, party department arrived and checked it all out. no smoke, no nothing, no explanation provided. everything else was pretty good
