The bistro! Kelly that worked in the mornings was amazing, and the food was perfect. The breakfast was the best and such nice service and accommodating. The location was tucked up on a hill in the back away from traffic, which we loved. The bed and pillows were very comfy. TV had a lot of options for watching different streaming services. The staff was always pleasant and kind and tended to anything you needed.

The room was dusty, and the shower water pressure was extremely powerful (which sometimes wasn't a bad thing). We could hear the people above us move and walk around as the floor would squeak. Ask to be on the top floor to avoid this. It wasn't bad if the people went to bed early, but we had one night where people were just walking around all hours it was very disturbing and unavoidable. Those two things were the only cons but overall our stay was good!

Great to have a Starbucks on site. 2nd day breakfast was a bit of a disaster only because the new hire (I hope that was it) was really not ready to handle a busy counter. The woman on duty the first morning was wonderful!

Once again, the second morning we had breakfast was a very cold morning and food didn't stay warm for long. Very important for staff to understand the importance of getting food out to people asap, not let it sit on the side counter.

The breakfast was amazing. We thought it was the regular fix your own waffles type and powered eggs. Nope, forget that. You must select the room with the free breakfast. You won't regret it. Made to order is what you get. Nice and hot......lol Fantastic!

We really can't say. It was a great experience for us and I know we'll go back again soon.

We had a great stay. It was my birthday weekend. We ate at the hotel restaurant. It was very good. We had some drinks and watched football. Sam the bartender was so nice and friendly. Sunday we we where leaving there was a birthday gift at our door. Sam had left me a mimosa for breakfast. I thought that was so sweet.

We were so impressed with our stay! The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean and staffed by such friendly employees. The pool was clean, bright, and handicap accessible. It was also lovely to have a cocktail at the bar, the old fashioned was a real treat! Breakfast was delicious as well, and I appreciated the inclusion of alternatives to dairy for my morning coffee (oat, almond, and soy were available) A lovely place stay!

Loved the location and free parking was the biggest reason we picked it. Only 8 min from most of the downtown things we wanted to do. Had a pool, small food and drinks available, and was clean!

They closed the bar/food the one night we REALLY needed it. Was looking forward to it.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and greeted you each time they seen you. There was a Bar on site and they made food. There’s a nice sitting area outside with a fire pit.

The staff was really nice and the location was conveniently right next to Carabas (within walking distance).

The hill was a little intense to drive up and there were a lot of homeless people at the bottom of the hill asking for money (not really a hotel issue but still something to know).

The front desk was exceptional with service and their snack accommodations were stellar to say the least! The hotel was quiet and in a great area. Their indoor pool being open from 6am-10pm was an added bonus. Restaurants and shopping centers were close and within a reasonable commute.

Upon arrival the staff was very helpful they answered all my questions for me and my check-in was quick and easy. They are pet friendly

What I do not like is that it is a pet friendly facility but it requires an additional hundred dollars for a deposit that you do not get back and booking does not tell you that until you arrive at the hotel.
