The value for the space we got while traveling with our family of 5 and a dog was amazing. It felt like we were in a home away from home. Was able to cook amazing breakfasts and eat on the balcony, leave for a fun morning, come home to make lunch and have that poolside. Living room was perfect for hanging out with the family, movie nights, etc. and sleepy ones could go to bed earlier in the separate bedroom. Bathroom was huge and perfect for a family of 5! Enjoyed walking our dog to the coffee shop down the street daily and Hi Wire Brewery across the street. Also, never heard a peep from any neighbors or outside noise. Office staff provided lists and lists of nearby attractions, activities, restaurants, etc.

The king bed was very creaky and loud when getting in and out and moving around. The sofa bed had one end that angled down and would not lay flat. Everything else was great. It didn't ruin our stay but would be nice if those items were fixed for future guests.

The pool and outside property was amazing. I would stay again just for the pool area.

The room I picked because of the pictures was not the room I got.

The condo was very nice. The furniture was very outdated, yet very clean. There was a lot of room in the condo and everything I could ask for. The best part was the king-size bed. It was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. I traveled alone and felt very safe. Compared to the hotels, it was very reasonable!

The address took me to a different hotel. Then, the registration area was not easy to find. I had to ride around and finally found someone to ask sbout the location.. Upon arrival to my condo, it had a strong smell of marijuana. I am highly allergic to it, so I had to wear a mask going in and out of the unit. Lastly, the hot tub in the pool area was closed, dug up and taped off. I had asked about specifically about the pool and hot tub when booking the day before arrival and was not informed of the closer.

We loved our room! We were there for our 20th wedding anniversary and it went above our expectations. Our room was in a great location on the property for our introverted selves. We had plenty of privacy. We loved having a washer and drier in our room. That surprised us in the best way. The thoughtfulness taken to set up the room and make it a “home away from home” was much appreciated. We had a great time and spent more time in our room than planned because it was just what we needed to add relaxation and rest to our trip.

The only thing that would have made our room better was if it had a full length mirror and to be sure the cups, dishes, and silverware are clean (we had to clean most of what we used before we could use the items provided, but we REALLY appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat in the room). To improve the property, it would help to have a traffic light at the main entrance/exit. Otherwise, it was great!

We loved everything! The front desk staff were very friendly, and helpful by offering a list of open restaurants through out Asheville and a map to Biltmore getting around closed roads. The suite was amazing. My mother in law just kept saying how wonderful/nice it was for the first 15 minutes, non-stop. We loved having a fireplace in the suite, especially since it was very cold outside. Kitchen was clean/well stocked and used it everyday while there. TVs available in all rooms. Washer/Dryer was a nice surprise especially after I dropped something in the tub. Lots of hot water for the tub and the shower had great water pressure. Both bathrooms were really nice. Good towels. Very easy drive to downtown and Biltmore. Easy on/off I40.

We really did love everything about the suite, however there were a few small non-issues. TV had cable but wasn’t a smart tv and so we weren’t able to sign into our streaming service. No kettle for hot water and we had a tea instead of coffee drinker. Bedding was good however the bed and pillows were only okay comparative to our own. You can hear the people above you but no more than in an apartment. Shower door was off, guessing removed since broken, and shower liner was in its place. Problem was it was just slightly too short so water still splashed out. Like I said, all small non-issues.

Perfect place to feel comfortable when traveling to Ashleville, this has always been my favorite place to stay in Asheville. I'd much rather stay in a place that feels like "home" than a hotel any day!

The hot tub was out of service during our stay and the restaraunt/bar isn't open on Monday & Tuesday which was disappointing since we arrived on a Monday and were looking forward to the ease of walking down to have a meal after a day of travel. We also didn't understand why the bottom 6 inches of every bed wasn't covered by the bedsheet. It was uncomfortable, distracting and a little irritating when trying to get good rest.

Our own beautiful 2- bedroom condo! 2 baths, kitchen, eating area, living room & balcony! Wood floors, mission style furniture. 4-story buildings with elevators- a must for my mom. Close to Biltmore Village and a short drive to Downtown. Ashville is a very fun town with lots to see and do as well as an assortment of great restaurants. Pool was nice, but not warm. You have to go up a bunch of stairs to get to the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Received an e mail that the pool was closed for maintenance since June- the day before our stay. Luckily, we brought our suits anyway and just the hot tub was closed.

We only had a two night stay but the suites were good size and had all the conveniences for a longer stay. It was clean, comfortable beds and a great friendly staff. The real gem was the Azalea restaurant. Excellent chef, wonderful bartenders/waitstaff. They need to market this more as the food was amazing. They serve breakfast only on week-ends but dinner every night. Hotel location is close to the Biltmore and not far from downtown Asheville. We were a group of four and definitely would stay there again.

Very nice accommodations near Biltmore for our stay in Asheville for the night. We didn’t get to use the pool, but we looked at it, the water was too cold to go in. The Hot tub was down for maintenance, but I suspect it’s been for awhile. When we entered our condo, it smelled very clean and our beds and everything was all very nice! Beds were very comfortable and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. Would come back again. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looked very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised I expected a hotel room but this is actually a 2 bedroom condo!

Their were three doors that looked like they open to a balcony. But there was only one that had a balcony the other two did not open to a balcony, you open the door and it’s just a handrail like you would have on a balcony, straight across the front of the door. Keep in mind, we’re three stories up! So if I had adventurous kids it would worry me they might try to climb on it and fall.
