The pool and outside property was amazing. I would stay again just for the pool area.

The room I picked because of the pictures was not the room I got.

Perfect place to feel comfortable when traveling to Ashleville, this has always been my favorite place to stay in Asheville. I'd much rather stay in a place that feels like "home" than a hotel any day!

The hot tub was out of service during our stay and the restaraunt/bar isn't open on Monday & Tuesday which was disappointing since we arrived on a Monday and were looking forward to the ease of walking down to have a meal after a day of travel. We also didn't understand why the bottom 6 inches of every bed wasn't covered by the bedsheet. It was uncomfortable, distracting and a little irritating when trying to get good rest.

We loved everything! The front desk staff were very friendly, and helpful by offering a list of open restaurants through out Asheville and a map to Biltmore getting around closed roads. The suite was amazing. My mother in law just kept saying how wonderful/nice it was for the first 15 minutes, non-stop. We loved having a fireplace in the suite, especially since it was very cold outside. Kitchen was clean/well stocked and used it everyday while there. TVs available in all rooms. Washer/Dryer was a nice surprise especially after I dropped something in the tub. Lots of hot water for the tub and the shower had great water pressure. Both bathrooms were really nice. Good towels. Very easy drive to downtown and Biltmore. Easy on/off I40.

We really did love everything about the suite, however there were a few small non-issues. TV had cable but wasn’t a smart tv and so we weren’t able to sign into our streaming service. No kettle for hot water and we had a tea instead of coffee drinker. Bedding was good however the bed and pillows were only okay comparative to our own. You can hear the people above you but no more than in an apartment. Shower door was off, guessing removed since broken, and shower liner was in its place. Problem was it was just slightly too short so water still splashed out. Like I said, all small non-issues.

I loved the location, and the suite was very nice.

The hot tub is not operational, and we were not informed of that upon check in. Also, a TV in one of the bedrooms was not working, and one of the double sinks had NO hot water. We could hear the guests upstairs every time they walked in their suite.

Our own beautiful 2- bedroom condo! 2 baths, kitchen, eating area, living room & balcony! Wood floors, mission style furniture. 4-story buildings with elevators- a must for my mom. Close to Biltmore Village and a short drive to Downtown. Ashville is a very fun town with lots to see and do as well as an assortment of great restaurants. Pool was nice, but not warm. You have to go up a bunch of stairs to get to the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Received an e mail that the pool was closed for maintenance since June- the day before our stay. Luckily, we brought our suits anyway and just the hot tub was closed.

The apartment was great. It was nicely furnished, with an equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. The bathroom's walk-in shower and garden tub were excellent. The pool and gym room were beautiful. I didn't go to the restaurant but it is a great idea to have a place to have coffee, bars and meals throughout the day. Outside the apartment, the breezeway and stairways were bright and felt safe.

The smell was bad—a musty or old pet smell, etc. I brought in my own area diffuser to combat the smell, but it was not pleasant. The refrigerator ice and water dispenser was grimy. I did not understand how the TV worked. It would be better to have a Roku or other more direct device to log in to my media subscriptions.

The room was amazing in a perfect part of Asheville, especially if your going to the Biltmore. The room was spacious and very well kept, with a tub and shower big enough for 2. The room was very close to the swimming pool and the fire bit and just a short walk from the restaurant.

I wished we were able to use the hot tub but it was out of order unfortunately. I did notice that the towel hanger was starting to fall off the wall, and there were a few scuff marks on the wall but those things were very minor. I also think they could have cleaned the jacuzzi tub a bit more we had to run the jets to get more gunk out of it before we used it.

Location to all major attractions is great.. It is right off Biltmore Ave. which is a busy street and sometimes difficult to access. Also located close to a level 1 trauma center so ambulances and helicopters were quite frequently loud, day and night. The accommodations were nice but some room for improvement. The couch was creaky and uncomfortable. I did not expect a gourmet kitchen but it was not well stocked. Not even salt or pepper. Lacking in cooking utensils. Did have coffee however. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms clean. We were on the lower level and the guests above us were heavy foot stompers, waking me early each AM. I'd advise asking for the third level to avoid hearing other guests walking around above. Overall, enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

After a bad experience at a neighboring hotel that night, I was ready to crash in a nice cozy hotel room. I felt very safe as I was traveling solo... The balcony had a nice view (not of mountains, but of nature), and my kitchen was fully-stocked with all the necessities and more. Considering I booked online 10 min before arrival, I felt very welcomed and accommodated. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful and gave me very thorough instructions about my stay including a map of the property and the surrounding area. I stayed here for 2 nights, and wished I could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend!

The hot tub was unfortunately out of order when I was there... The facilities were definitely older (bathroom, some kitchen amenities, etc), but it didn't bother me that much. Everything was functional and comfy.

We only had a two night stay but the suites were good size and had all the conveniences for a longer stay. It was clean, comfortable beds and a great friendly staff. The real gem was the Azalea restaurant. Excellent chef, wonderful bartenders/waitstaff. They need to market this more as the food was amazing. They serve breakfast only on week-ends but dinner every night. Hotel location is close to the Biltmore and not far from downtown Asheville. We were a group of four and definitely would stay there again.
