The breakfast turned out to be just right. There was a bit of confusion on our part about what was presented with the Continental Breakfast, but it really was quite nice and had many options. Some of us (3) got the Croissant sandwich and some (3) got the Continental Breakfast. The wait staff was very accommodating. The location was perfect for our visit to the Biltmore.

The elevator in the front lobby was broken and we pulled our bags a rather long way down to the back elevator and around to our rooms. The restaurant menu could be re-written to describe the breakfast options more clearly and appealingly.

The decor of the lobby was beautiful; the room was quiet and comfortable - really nice!; the staff was superb! friendly, helpful; the free hot cookie was a nice perk; the breakfast, which I had one day, was good. Hotel not downtown but an under $10 LYFT ride away - easy peasy and a well-priced hotel; and convenient to the Biltmore Estate.

Would've been nice to have tea available at breakfast; also a side of fruit; and to avoid using disposable water bottles.

It was a good location about 10- 15 min or less to downtown and all the places we went to!

I feel it’s wasn’t as nice for the price I paid. No complementary breakfast… I can stay at a same quality for cheaper and get breakfast. Bathroom was very small. Our room was on the first floor first room and it was noisy felt like people were talking and walking right in front of the door.

Didn’t realize it was right off of a busy road but it was pretty quiet and we enjoyed it very much. The room was comfortable enough to bring our dog so it wasn’t too cramps for him to be with us. Liked it too that we were at the end, right by the exit door so easy access to the outside for him to potty. The breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was fine and the waitress as well as all the staff that assisted us were too notch. We will definitely recommend the hotel.

Breakfast a bit too pricey for the selection. Think continental or the a la carte should be under 10 with tax and tip.

Lovely room- very good hotel location, very nice staff. Nice and clean. comfy bed and pillows. Lots of variety available on the TV.

Breakfast was just OK and I think a little overpriced. Light fixture in room needed a bulb so it was rather dark. I didn't have time to call and wait for a new one. Could not adjust the fan/heat/cold on unit. I like to have fan noise while I sleep but it did not work

Location was good. Beautiful hotel inside and outside. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The cookie on arrival was a nice touch! I accidentally parked out back and the staff came quickly to let me in.

The room I chose in the pictures was more spacious with a tub and dining table which my room had neither. It was clean with the exception of food left in the fridge.

There was a little bit shabby. They need to update their look in general. The room is kind of dark. Otherwise, it was comfortable. Any other problems that I had I already discussed with a manager, and he was going to attend to them. They were very pleasant.

Beautiful property well maintained. Great location for the Biltmore.

I travel with my emotional support dog so I feel the room was downgraded. There was very minimal damage from previous pet(s) I’m very happy they allowed my dog for an additional fee.

Location, pleasant staff, historical information about Biltmore/Asheville, and restaurant attached. Oh and the warm and yummy cookies!!!

The only negative comment I can say is the mattress needs to be upgraded to either higher end mattresses or memory foam. In our opinion, they need some attention.
