The hotel was WONDERFUL. We paid a very reasonable price so we were wondering how the quality of the stay would be but it was excellent . The hotel is very clean , the staff are nice and professional and the location is perfect. I have to brag on the cleanliness . I actually clean homes for a living so I’m pretty hyper vigilant when it comes to cleanliness . This hotel was pretty close to spotless . Our room was wonderful and good smells throughout the entire hotel. No stained carpets or scuffed walls . The location is pristine and right off the interstate . We were no more than a 5-10 minute drive to all the things we wanted to do. There were plenty of restaurants and breweries within a 4 minute straight shot drive . The staff was extremely pleasant from check in to check out . Customer service is really important and something that lacks these days so it was good to see happy employees .

My only complaint which wasn’t a huge deal was that when we went to use the fire pit they were out of propane . I feel that if they have a fire pit to offer customers then they should have a spare tank on hand .

It survived Hurricane Helene flooding. The location and the value were good. Although we didn't use it, the indoor pool is a great feature. The snack bar and offering at breakfast are nice guest services.

Waited for 15 minutes at the front desk to ask a question on Sunday before heading out to lunch and never saw any staff at the front desk. Even one of the housekeepers helped to look around for a reception person for me but couldn't find anyone. The room was poorly decorated and cramped and the two queens were terribly uncomfortable.

Loved that the property was away from the center of town but only a 5 minute drive to it. We utilized the indoor pool daily. The staff were all super helpful. When we checked in Tyler was so nice and helped get things straightened out for us. The breakfast was pretty typical. Room was clean and had a decent amount of space that we were able to comfortably fit a pack n play as a crib for our youngest.

The description and pictures of your “booking” are a little deceiving. We thought we were booking a king suite with a tub since that’s what it said and showed but when we got to our room there was not a tub. We had to get our room switched because we have toddlers and a tub is essential. Tyler had to physically check every room for a tub(which he is an absolute rockstar for doing and he did it with a smile and was so kind about it). So I definitely think the management needs to add that info about the rooms so their staff doesn’t have to physically check for things. We ended up in a smaller bed than we needed but we made it work as best we could.

The location was perfect! Close to downtown with out the downtown prices. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway which was perfect for our family! The hotel was clean, friendly staff, beds were super comfy, and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. The shower was hot with great water pressure! I don't usually write long reviews or reviews at all for that matter but I felt compelled to write a review for this hotel. It was amazing and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone!

The only complaint I have, which in all honestly might not even be the hotels fault, was the internet. There is a smart TV in the room and I had problems. Couldnt get local channels or any other streaming service to work. I thought it was something wrong with our TV. The next day several people had the same complaint. I didnt travel 400 + miles to watch tv anyway so it was not a huge deal but for someone who may have needed to work on a laptop may have experienced issues.

The facility and room was very clean. Check in and check out was very easy. Breakfast had a variety of options which met my needs. I liked the parking in a more secure location, but it was a little tight when all the spots were filled. It was very close to all the highway accesses and local attractions. Restaurants were within a few miles of driving in any direction.

The room did have a slight musty/moldy smell which is not uncommon in this more humid environment. The person upstairs sounded like a walking elephant which was disturbing late at night and early morning. Not having carpet probably added to the problem, although I liked not having carpet on the floor. The mattress either needs to be flipped more often or changed as it was breaking down creating a "pit" to sleep in.

Right off of I-40, and ten minutes to downtown, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay for the weekend. Staff was very kind, and the room was clean. The bed was as soft as a cloud.

There were no sheets provided for the sofa bed. I didn't specifically request any, so that may be on me, but there were enough layers to the bedsheets, and so many pillows, that we didn't even bother to ask once we settled in.

Room was immaculate and very cozy. A little on the small size but very suitable for one person. A coffee service was provided and coffee pot was also immaculate. The towels were large and plush and bathroom spacious and well lit.

Had trouble with WiFi and finally had to call desk to be informed the network for hotel guests was not working. I was given an alternate network and it was deemed insecure, so I limited my time on my iPhone and iPad. Minor Inconvenience.

I booked two nights. In the middle of my first day I was contacted by the Lodge & told I needed to come back because I was late checking out. I had two nights booked, they obviously were confused about that, but I didn't appreciate being hassled during a tour I was on. It made me feel unappreciated as a customer and showed me how quickly a pleasant day can be turned into a panic-ridden disaster

The hotel and staff, we were there 2025 valentine's day weekend. They set up the room with my request and they did an awesome job.

The location, it was the parking lot and getting in the parking lot, and of course rude people on our floor, which you couldn't control, but the staff did give them warnings to keep the noise down. Free breakfast was very simple and not alot to choose from.

Location was amazing! Right off of the interstate and close to downtown restaurants, Biltmore Estate, EVERYTHING! The layout of the room was fantastic and utilized space very wisely. The breakfast staff was on top of keeping things clean and stocked. Breakfast was very basic, but a lot of options.

The pull-out couch was smaller than expected. Just a little wider than a twin mattress. We had planned on the two 7-year-olds sleeping in it together, but it wasn’t big enough. The pool was a let-down for the two kids with us. It looked a bit dirty, so we decided not to swim.
