I love the fact that they have a coffee when I am leaving in the morning and in the evening when I return. Always freshly made. I love the room. My expectations wasn't what it turned out to be. Plenty of space and slept comfortably.

I haven't had reason to dislike anything. Everything was great. Very friendly workers. Always cordial.

The staff was great. Close to freeways. The location was quiet and wooded with no traffic noise. The room was large with a desk and a table. Large refrigerator and microwave. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for an option to avoid the very high rates in Asheville hotels .

It is set off the road and not well signed. You have to cross through the parking lot of a closed restaurant to reach it.

I called ahead of time and spoke to an very nice gentleman by the name of Gary and he said an early check-in at 1:30 -2p.m. would be fine (check-in is 3pm). I arrived at 1:50 and was told by the front desk manager I would be charged extra for the early check-in. I travel quite extensively and this has NEVER been an issue with other hotels across the street from this property!!! So I waited in my car for 1 hour and 10 minutes!! Checked in at 3.

Close to highway, and business close to do oil change my car needed, close to grocery store . The kitchen, with two electric burners and big refrigerator and deep sink ideal. The TV programming was good, not complicated. The maintenance man was on hand, and dealt with leaky faucet. The room was painted and decorated nicely.. The bed comfortable, the sheets crisp and felt clean. The morning attendant, Rebecca ,was attentive and friendly, and works diligently at her job.She is loyal and trustworthy, the kind of employee any business would be proud of. The laundry facilities were good too.

Seeing single moms bring their kids through the lobby to get breakfast. I wish they could have affordable housing, so they didn't have to live in hotels.

Great extended stay. I have been to a few of your properties in Florida, Indiana, and other states but this one is at the top of the list. Great place to stay and so close to Biltmore Estates.

Only minor complaint is because you share a parking area with a closed business I wasn’t sure where you where until I looked around and saw your sign which is difficult to see. You need more lighting at the entrance so it’s doesn’t look uninviting to first timers.

It was close to everything we wanted to do. They had grab and go breakfast, which was nice. The room was large and looked updated and it was clean. The staff were great, especially Jim. Vending machines available. Laundry was available on site. All interior access rooms.

Ok so no major issues just a little nit picky. This is an extended stay hotel so there was no in room coffee maker, but they had coffee available in the lobby. There was no hair dryer or full length mirror. The bed was a little hard and uncomfortable to me and my husband.

The bed was very uncomfortable and our AC unit wasn't working properly so it was very warm in the room. The room was clean, def had comfy pillows. The stair well was dirty, there was what looked like a burger in the floor and someone's t shirt that had been in the floor the entire time of our stay, also a bag of dog poop right as you walked out the door.

location and the staff. I’ve travel extensively in my life taking advantage of all the chains and boutique offerings. I’ve never had a stay where I felt I was family. Exceptional service and suggestions for any needs. Never met a better staff.

Hotel is safe and secure especially when having a teen; rooms are quiet and exceptionally clean. Staff was very professional and polite. Beds are comfortable and having the ability to cook our food in the room was a plus.
