Walkable distance to town. Valet option. Room was very nice with a great view and was very quiet. Staff was friendly and everyone greeted us with a hello and a smile. We took the hilarious ghosted bus tour, visited Biltmore, hiked the Graveyard Fields and Falls, visited NC Arboretum and the must see Omni Grove Park Inn where we saw a bear! Thank you for the wonderful southern hospitality experience!
Our beds were made one day but the trash wasn't removed and towels were not replenished. Following day no service done at all. A more welcoming bar or lounge layout would have been nice. Oh and a pool. Lol.

This Hotel is in a great location very convenient for beautiful Asheville. On arrival we were immediately impressed by the Valet Parking who were efficient, polite and friendly and continued that high standard during our stay - despite being under a lot of pressure at times. The room was beautiful and spacious and a super bathroom with a large walk in shower.
The breakfast, its not buffet its plate service and your "allowance" does not include juice or a hot drink. On our second morning we had a breakfast burrito to go and it was the worst thing we were given to eat in 3 weeks in the USA. The lady serving breakfast did not seem very happy in her job and the receptionists whilst very polite and helpful seemed under pressure at times.

Location of the hotel
The hotel was overpriced. The vibe and decor was average and did not exceed anything above Hampton Inn

The property was beautifully renovated! The rooms were spacious, the beds were so comfy especially the sheets. The bathroom and shower were great! Overall, this was a great hotel and we will definitely be back. :) Robert helped us at the front desk and was exceptional, he was incredibly kind and accommodating and made the experience that much better for us! :)
No bad things to say :)

Bed was very comfortable - we ordered those same pillows for our home. The provided toiletries were great - I have very sensitive skin and had no problems with them. The water pressure in the showers is excellent! Room was clean and spacious. The staff were professional and friendly - front desk, cafe/bar and the cleaning staff. My husband and I won’t stay anywhere else when we visit Asheville for concerts. Huge food portions! If getting the breakfast burrito, you may want to split a single plate with your travel partner if you aren’t solo. Excellent selection of ‘grab and go’ food and drink items available.
The server at the cafe during breakfast was not very attentive or efficient. Very sweet young woman - there is some room for training and improvement. That’s honestly the only critical thing I can think of.

The first stop on my solo road trip was an unforgettable experience. The town I visited was incredibly beautiful and the people were so friendly and welcoming. There was so much to do in this charming town, from visiting local shops and cafes to exploring the picturesque scenery. The place I stayed at was clean, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to start my trip. I am so grateful for the decision to choose this town as my first stop, it truly set the tone for the rest of my journey.
Not one thing.

I love how clean the facility was and the view was excellent. The staff was very helpful in pleasant.
Well I was trying to sleep in and the alarm clock went off at 6:00 I guess whoever stayed there before or somehow it got set I was so mad it woke me up. The pillows were a little too fluffy or it was just a wake-up call to tell me that I need to buy new pillows at my house.haha.

The staff were so nice, the property and room were immaculately clean, the breakfast was plentiful and affordable and the bar was excellent. Overall probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in because I loved Asheville so much and the location was within walking distance of everything downtown.

Location in downtown was close to everything. Room was relatively large, bed comfortable. Valet parking was convenient.
Would have liked free self parking. Our room on 3rd floor looked at the side of building and a parking lot rather than the nice view in all other directions. Omelet texture was a little strange.
