When we walked into the hotel to find out some information, we were greeted with such a wonderful welcome! We were able to check-in earlier than expected and were given an upgraded balcony room. We came to Asheville for a concert. This was our first visit. Your hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was extremely nice and comfortable! All staff were friendly and kind! We will highly recommend your hotel and if ever in Asheville again we will absolutely stay here! Thank you!

This facility is in the heart of Asheville, and you can walk to many restaurants and shops. The room has a modern design style. It was exceptionally clean, tv included channels that were offered, hallways were very quiet, and there is a hydration station to fill water bottles or cups.

The parking fee is a bit expensive. There isn't a complimentary breakfast, but rather a breakfast offered at the restaurant at the top floor of the building.

Rooms are nice, great sheets. Rain shower directions are bass backward, but simple enough to sort out. Breakfast is worth it, but the espresso machine was out.

The garage is not truck-friendly. Short roofs and tight corners. Long beds beware. Also, if you take your key to get your vehicle, you MUST open the gate with your key and drive out without dropping the key in the drop box! There is no pressure pad.

It was in the perfect location and everything was walkable. Also, the rooftop bar had beautiful views with very friendly staff. The front desk was also very friendly and was willing to answer any questions we had about the area!

Unfortunately, the hotel is right next to the fire station and the police station so if you are a light sleeper you will be hearing sirens throughout the night

Right in the heart of downtown. Lovely views from the balcony. Clean and modern. Comfortable.

The stairwell to the parking garage smelled like urine so we took the elevator. Close to the fire station. Several times the firetruck or ambulance whizzed by with sirens blaring. Found out later there was a gas leak which was why there was so much action. Street performer played at an unreasonably loud volume over the weekend.

The AC Hotel was beautifully designed, clean & very comfortable. We opted for a balcony room & the view from our room was amazing! We also had breakfast every morning at the rooftop restaurant & the buffet was stocked with everything from fresh fruit & baked pastries to made to order eggs, frittatas & meats. Breakfast was available until 11am which was great since we stayed out late every night.

The price was higher than other hotels, but worth it. We would definitely stay again. I recommend getting a balcony room & opting to include breakfast with your stay.

The location was perfect for being immersed in downtown Asheville. The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooftop restaurant and bar has a great view of the sunset over the mountains. I really could not have been happier with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, convenient walking distance to much of the downtown area. Beautiful facilities, amazing staff...everyone so friendly! Bed was comfortable, as was the bedding. AC worked very well. No complaints, will definitely stay again!

Good breakfast, friendly service. The roof top Capella is fun and quite busy on the weekends. Perfect location to many restaurants in walking distance. Try the Cafe Europe with authentic Vienna cakes and coffee next door.

It’s very noisy at times. It’s on the main drag, next to the fire station and for some reason all the hot rods in town show off revving their engines to ear splitting decibels.

Rooftop bar is great when it isn't too cold and breezy. The hotel is very modern and quiet and in a great location in Asheville.

The elevator chimes are so loud and piercing, you can hear them throughout the entire floor...it really sticks out the middle of the night as the hotel is otherwise very quiet.
