The staff was very pleasant. I interacted with two receptionists, breakfast attendant and cleaning staff. Everything was neat and clean. Tub was perfect to have a nice hot soak at the end of a long drive. Very spacious room and there was lots of parking! I was pleased with how quiet it was considering how close it is to the interstate. I did pick a first floor room and the receptionist told me that's probably the quietest floor, so good choice, and it was. Since I was traveling, I wanted something near the interstate that wasn't outrageously expensive. Score on both accounts!!!

Minor issue was trying to get the room dark enough. Some things emit a lot of light just naturally, closing the bathroom door helped with the outlet. I also turned the alarm clock away from me and made sure the master light switch was off. Since I was in an end room, there was a big window. The privacy shade and regular shade did a pretty good job.

Staff was so kind and amiable making sure that even though the booking.com reservation didn’t give us the correct room they fixed everything and were so helpful. The room and facility was brand new, sparkling clean and packed with every amenity we could’ve possibly needed. The fire pit out front was great to relax by in the evening with some wine!

Although it sounds inconsequential, you always rely on the hotel to have a good pillow so you do not bring your own. Unfortunately these pillows were very deflated to the point that I had to stack two to try to sleep in a normal fashion. Left me tossing and turning throughout the night on what was actually a very comfortable bed. Kind of a shame.

Staff was wonderful! We got in late and the front desk welcomed us happily. In the morning, the cleaning staff was leaving the elevator and reached out to touch the button to make sure the doors stayed open. On our 1st day for breakfast, there were yummy scrambled eggs and bacon. The 2nd day, they had veggie omelettes, which is not my favorite. The staff made a different omelette(plain with cheese). Room was very clean.

You could not asked for a greater staff, they we very professional and attentive to everyone’s needs. A power outage for a few hours and all network connectivity were lost for a couple of days. A number of people were very irate and treating the staff terribly. They went over and above their call and kept a smile and a positive attitude throughout this tough time. Special shout-out to Erica, Felicia and Lauren(Laura?) who were amazing.

The hotel is new, it’s super clean, the room is quiet and the bed was so comfortable! The staff is so friendly, the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast choices! The location was perfect and convenient for Biltmore which was only a few miles away

Nothing negative at all

Close to downtown Asheville. Clean and quiet. Staff were all pleasant. Erika at the front desk was so nice and welcoming! We loved chatting with her on our way in and out. She made our stay there even better. Liked hanging by the fire place out front in the evenings.

The indoor heated pool did not feel heated. Big spot on the ceiling that was holding water as well.

It was clean and the whole staff were excellent and very respectful. I love that you had Bible’s in the room. God bless you all. The Executive Chef she was very kind too and the food was excellent.r Front desk managers amazing and housekeepers were very kind and sweet. Honestly they really keep the place clean. Keep them all wow !!Thank you again We love it.

I really liked the full kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, etc.). They had every basic utensil and tool I needed to make my own meal, and they had a wide variety of dining options nearby. The location is perfect and the room felt like brand new.

The staff always seemed a little disinterested; they rarely spoke to me unless if I spoke first, and sometimes I felt like I was bothering them when they had a question. Also, one of the front desk people was incredibly ill and looked like she needed to be in a hospital (lots of constant coughing, difficulty breathing, sneezing, blowing nose on and on and on, I really hope she'll be okay).

The hotel was relatively new and quite clean. Erica at the front desk dealt with an unexpected mishap over breakfast amazingly so it was not at all an issue for the guests. She also went out of her way to hold refrigerated items for me while I stayed later at the hotel to work. It was an excellent experience!

The facility was great. I'd definitely stay here again. One of the women at the front desk, Erica I believe, was extremely friendly and helpful. I love the way she greeted people as they came into the hotel. Super chatty, but in a friendly, non annoying way. I was sorry she wasn't on duty when I left. She gave me great suggestions.

The only thing I didn't like was that I should have stayed longer. And maybe the wi-fi room fee but I'm nitpicking.
