Great place in all categories. I woukd enthusiasticly stay there again. The only thing I woukd suggest they might want to check out is their pillows. Ours seemed unusually thin and made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. Maybe this was due to my own fatigue, but they might want to gave a look. But the hotel facility and view and breakfast were fantastic. And the place was extremely clean and neat and the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a nice one. My wife and I are planning to be in thar area again in a few months and will book our stay at this hotel again for that trip as well.

When I booked I was a little put off by the name Sleep Inn but it turns out it was a great, comfortable hotel whose location was perfect for us - we wanted to see Asheville (fab town!) and the Biltmore (wonderful day!) Bed and shower were very good. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

My only complaint is about the coffee machine at breakfast: the coffee is terrible! They’ve got to get a new machine that produces a decent cup of coffee! Ditto with the juice. It was mostly water. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

We travel a lot for my son’s soccer. We typically stay in the same type of well know hotels. I was hesitant to book at this property because my initial impression of the place online was that it was a lower end property. Boy were we surprised! This place was awesome. Is it a brand new property? No. Is it super clean, nice modern comfortable room, really nice staff, and located in a great spot? Yes! This is now our go to spot in Asheville. Great find at a great price. We had to leave before eating breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

The location was great, view of the blue rige mountains all around. Front desk staff were great, house keeping were wonderful, and very friendly. Breakfast every morning where I didn't have to cook, yummm

Some of the locals, love thier loud, noisey cars to irritate people..do they even think about how many people they are irritating. Other than that our stay was great. I'm used to sleeping with ear plugs, as we have very noisy trains all Nighy long at home.

This is the economy class. For the class, the room was modern, well maintained, and reasonably sized. The dirty switches and outlets other have complained about have been replaced with modern Decora units. Heater didn't work when I got there, but she immediately came up and reset it.

Breakfast was nothing special, but clerk did make more sausage upon another guest's request. Note this was during record cold after a snow so the place was almost empty. So not much I can say about quiet or value, as I'm sure it was much less than usual.

The room and hotel felt clean, just not the carpet. The grounds were clean and the parking felt safe. The hotel is in a good location just out of downtown and in west Asheville.

The breakfast left much to be desired. Even the coffee was poor. I don't think the quality met my standards, even for a hotel continental breakfast.

The breakfast was good and the location was good the staff was fantastic very helpful and accommodating.

The shower had a large crack in the corner and there were holes in the shower from the door The hinges being moved had to change rooms because the room door would not close.

The woman at the desk Saturday Evening was fantastic. We needed directions as our GPS was acting up, and she gave us great directions. we were stressed because our front tires were dangerously worn out after being on the parkway for two days and I had to put our spare on for the one that had steel belts showing. On arrival she looked up tire shops open on Sunday that were nearby and printed the info for us. That really helped us and calmed us down. Awesome customer service, Thanks.

Breakfast was to be served until 9:30. At 9:30, the breakfast bar had no eggs or sausage and no more were served, had no milk and the coffee was really weak. Then the bar closed as expected at 9:30. Several guest came in to eat and turned away for the lack of items on the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar still had 15 minutes to serve.

Everything was excellent! Very good! I dont speak english! Magnificent! Beautiful! I have no words! I loved it! I enjoied it! I cant wait to come back! I am going to tell all my friends and strangers!!!!!
