We absolutely loved our stay in the tiny cabin by the river! It was the perfect cozy escape. The cabin was clean and well-maintained, and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed the sounds of the river and the peace and quiet it provided. The cabin was small, but it was so charming and well-designed, enough 2 people and a king size bed. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!

Suggest to get a small vacuum or broom for cabins. Just didn’t like not being able to clean the floors while staying or before leaving.

The location is serene and beautiful, with geese flying overhead, quiet evenings, and the view of the French broad from the hot tub. The efficiency provided in the "looking glass" unit works unless you want to make microwave popcorn :) The bed was comfortable, and good thing too - the "couch" is not very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, and were incredibly accommodating and helpful.

Until improvements are made, I would not rent a "looking glass" cabin in the extreme cold months. It simply isn't good enough at keeping out the cold. The other more traditional cabins and trailers would be a much better fit in the cold months.

The location was close enough to things we wanted to see and do but removed enough to give a nice peaceful time in nature. The accommodations were great and exceeded our expectations -- the only challenge (which we anticipated from pictures and descriptions) was the loft sleeping area ceiling was quite low and could be a challenge for older guests or those who would find it difficult/uncomfortable to not be able to fully stand in a sleeping space. The beds and couch were quite comfortable and the cabin has everything we needed and more! We greatly appreciated everything presented for us and enjoyed exploring the property, walking along the river, making s'mores, etc.

The only downside was that the visitor guide was sent to me via text and my phone blocked it thinking it was spam, so I didn't have access to the information until I discovered it after our stay ended. I mentioned this to the staff member I got in contact with about check out and they were very kind, gracious for that information, and sound like they'll be including the link in the welcome email as well now or maybe a QR code inside the cabin so it is accessible in more places. This small factor didn't really impact our enjoyment of the stay, though, as we were able to get most of the info we were looking for another way.

Asheville river cabins are what all cabins supposed to be. The location was amazing with a stunning view and a flowing river in which you could swim in. The cabins themselves were clean with all of the equipment you would need, including charcoal, firewood, grill, jacuzzi, and even a sauna you could use. The staff were outstandingly nice and helpful. Overall a good experience, and everything that you imagine a cabin rental to be.

There wasn’t any lighting outside once it got dark and you could barely see where you were going. Plus, the ac was looking directly at the bed so I was blasted with air the whole night. However, none of these are enough to make this stay a bad one, so I did not really mind any of them.

The cabin and location was beautiful. The inside was comfortable and felt like home away from home, actually able to cook dinner and watch the sunset from the porch. Hot tub was heaven sent. Perfect getaway weekend.

Couch was uncomfortable and no indoor chairs. We had to walk out the front door and around the cabin to the hot tub,, wish there was a way down from the back porch to the hot tub.

. Love that it was close to the river and the camp grounds were nice and quiet.

This was a nice place with great potential with a little clean up. Love the concept but the microwave didn’t work it looked like it was about to fall and the door to the master bedroom didn’t stay closed and you couldn’t lock it. Besides that we had a good stay

Excellent location - very peaceful and serene, but only minutes to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and very clean.

The queen bed was uncomfortable. The loft was warm, which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. A larger fan was needed in the loft. The indoor seating was not adequate for 4 adults. A small chair in addition to the sofa was needed.

Everything was new and clean. Full size fridge with icemaker and water dispenser in door. Gorgeous details like alpaca and leather cushions and sheepskin rug. Comfy bed and pillows, even the bunk bed. Stainless steel quality appliances, cutest dishwasher. Separate towels provided for hottub, generous and clean. Great location, easy access to Asheville, Pisgah, Blue Ridge parkway and Bitlmore. Even found a great church next door for impromptu Sunday service. Florence was friendly and took care of every need. Responsiveness to questions was top notch. Thoughtful touches like marshmallow sticks for firepit.

Looks secluded in photos but cabins are placed rather close to each other, little privacy for fireplace chats and hot tub. Driveway entrances face each other. Sleeps 6 but cutlery and crockery setting was only for 4. Needs more hooks (for jackets by front door or porch) would be handy, and more hangers. Anther mirror, not just the one in bathroom would be great!

Great communication with Asheville River Cabins. By the river and close to Sierra Nevada Brewery. It was clean inside the tiny home. Fun to stay in.

It was a little confusing where to drive down to where we stayed. More signage with numbers could help.

Asheville River Cabins is a well planned, innovative community on the banks of the French Broad River. We loved the landscaping and the management was welcoming and friendly. The pillows are great! And there was a generous supply of towels - something we appreciated very much.

We liked everything.
