We found Devils Lake Holiday Inn Express easy to find. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. We loved the hot tub and pool. Our room was clean and well set up. We requested no room service and they suggested we put our trash out by the door. We went to the front desk for extra towels, they were so friendly, the service was excellent.
Nothing that I can think of. :)

The staff was very accommodating. We had an accident in our room and they were very helpful in getting it cleaned up and moving us to another room.
There was a prescription pill laying on the floor in the bathroom from the previous occupant or the cleaning staff. If I had my children with me and they found it instead of me it would not have been a good thing. It was very obvious so I’m not sure why it was there.

Property was just as expected, Breakfast was normal hotel free breakfast. Gentleman working when we checked in appeared to be very high and took 30 minutes to get us checked in

My reservation was made through booking.com and the front desk person was able to alter my reservation (having my arrival date pushed back one day) due to bad weather coming and us wanting to avoid that. Had I changed the date with booking.com, we would have had to pay the extra night. I REALLY appreciated the front desk person helping me out.

The facility was easy to find. I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub was closed, but that happens. It was a very nice room, clean and quiet.

I like the staff. They’re extremely helpful. Breakfast was nice and hot. Best orange juice I’ve ever had.
I wish the gym had dedicated leg machines. Also that the pool hours were a little longer since it is an indoor pool.
