The staff was more than accommodating!

We made these arrangements through the website for Jamestown, NY. When we arrived in town, we checked our email for the correct address, and it was listed as in North Dakota!!! We only searched for New York, and it even mentioned how far it was to the museum we wanted to see. Imagine our stress after driving 6 hours to find you made the reservation in the wrong state. Thankfully, they had 1 king room left, but it was significantly more than what we were quoted for the original room. If we had known that was the price, we would have looked for others in the area, but at that point, we were just thankful they had a room. It was only an overnight stay, so we didn't need a business type room. I'll never use this service again.

The front desk and breakfast employees were extremely friendly. This is a hotel that makes you feel at home. Nice selection for breakfast: omelets, waffles, bacon. potatoes +. The cookies at check in sure didn't hurt the homey feeling either. 🙂🙂 The only thing I would suggest is to go back to table and chairs and less lounge type seating in breakfast area.

Breakfast, clean, location within 10 minutes of attractions driving

Pool was out of order which is one reason I booked this place. I was here 4 nights and was told on the first day it would be open the next however it was shut the whole time. I paid to use a pool but the facility was open. I think a part refund should have been offered. Disappointed!

Safe location. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Pleasant & helpful staff. Bacon for breakfast 😋 Was hesitant to stay based on some poor reviews, but we took a chance and it paid off. Not sure why it had any bad reviews, our experience was great. Would definitely stay here again.

key card didn't work on any of the doors when i went out to the car before 5 am and then tried to get back in. there was no bell. it was cold and snowing/freezing fog. i made a couple rounds of the building and tried all the doors. the front desk dude eventually saw me, let me in, and then brought fresh coffee to the lobby.

The breakfast was terrible. Had to toss the muffin and the yogurt after only a few bites. The location was convenient and the parking lot safe for the bikes left on the car overnight. The Hampton meant expectations and that is always good.

Well, breakfast obviously. Surely there is a local supplier of muffins and other morning pastries that would be better than the tasteless prepackaged stuff? Also, don't remember the yogurt brand but it was remarkable unremarkable.... bland, blah.

The breakfast cereal was fine but the buffet food was mediocre & had to be thrown away. The breakfast staff person was very nice. Registration staff tried their best.

The registration computers were very slow. Staff was having trouble with them. No listing for nearby restaurants. Hotel just not up to par Breakfast buffet….terrible

The breakfast was poor. There was NO food left midway through the serving time. We had to go to a fast food place to get breakfast, and that was the main reason we chose this hotel! Disappointing. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were terrible.

I like the location, when we travel to Williston we stay in Jameston our half way point.

Wow, sticker shock this time around. I notice the bedroom heating system was noisy this time.
