The hotel was very clean, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was very standard for a hotel; cereal options, yogurt, juice, eggs, sausage (pork and turkey), biscuits with gravy, cinnamon rolls. When I travel, I will often have to pinch pennies and a continental breakfast can be a great selling point.

Wasn't a big deal, but the pool and spa were being renovated. If I ever have to get a hotel in Jamestown again, I will probably have to check out the renovated pool.

It was everything that we wanted, location was perfect!! Close enough to walk to two restaurants and a gas station!! The cost was affordable and I’m sure we would have stayed there!

The pool and hot tub were closed due to a chemical problem. So… we didn’t stay because the kids wanted to swim.

clean, safe and secure hotel. well located to major roads and east reach to colleges . breakfast had many choices, vending machine on site for those snack moments. free coffee always available, fruit and selection of teas and hot drinks.

The property was conveniently located. Clean inside and they provided a decent full free breakfast.

I didn’t care, but the pool area was closed. If you were planning to use that, you might have been disappointed

The facilities were good. The breakfast was pretty good and had more options than some average breakfasts that I have had.

The drapes were not functional. There were no drapes wide enough to cover the entire window, therefore anyone could see in if they wanted to plus the lights from outside both day and night were able to come in.

Clean and friendly employees

There was a loud motor or piece of equipment that ran about every minute or so down below the window that was quite annoying g

Hotel employee at check in found a booking error and was able to fix it for us. I was very appreciative. Full breakfast is great.

OMGosh! comfortable beds. Super Clean, nice staff. Great Breafast, Easy check in and check out. Fitness room and office center available. Pool was closed for maintenance.

The breakfast and the accommodations were very fine and well kept. There was a good selection of food and drinks

I told them that they did not have too clear or change the bed while I was there. When I asked for a two hour extension for next out, they would give only one hour. That was not enough time for what I had to do
