Ajay, the Staff Member that i think was also the Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He was considerate and polite. He made sure that everyone was satisfied. The room was clean, the spaces were Clean, The only thing we didn't like was our bed, only due to it not being comfortable to us because we are used to a different style. Everything was clean, and neat and nice. If we had a question or needed help, we rang the bell and he would come running to find out what was needed. The restuarant that was just inside the door was excellent. I haven't had a good burger in ages (mostly due to cold weather) and the food was delicious, The staff was inpressive and kind. WE got to sit and socialize with family for a good 3 hours RELAXING! We would recommend this to anyone especially for short stops. WE will plan if ever needed in the winter again to stay at their location knowing what we do. Normally i don't care to stay at Wyndam Hotels as they don't tend to be decent. This was one good. Breakfast was good. Many choices and the food was stocked up. Lots of good people around.

For us, it was the bed, To us it wasn't comfortable. But that is likely due to us not in our own beds and the style of the bed (springs vs non or limited springs) Overall the beds were still comfortable.

Next to the freeway, kids liked the pool and the Mexican restaurant next door.

We stayed here twice. The first time was a better experience. The second time we stayed, there was dirt and hair in our shower, the TV didn’t work and no one came to fix it. At $170 for the night and having a positive experience after our first stay here, I had higher expectations.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Located just off the highway!

No elevator, hard for handicapped individuals when there are no rooms available on the main floor . Room had an odour, maybe install some fresheners or air out the rooms occasionally.

Ajay was right on top of everything we threw at him. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean!

Standard Continental Breakfast. Scrambled eggs were meh. Sausage was hard and overcooked. Waffles were awesome.

Ajay at the front desk was wonderful. Hotel is clean, room spacious, bed comfy. Didn't check out the water park or restaurant but both had many people so guessing they were just as great as the room.

The Waterpark slide is a fun amenity. The staff here were really helpful with accommodations when our second reservation fell through. Ms. Sue is the best.

Not much to dislike.

Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast. The lounge has great burgers. Nice room.No issues.

Please don’t allow kids in the hot tub. It’s not a kiddy pool.

Pool was nice, no one but us.

Breakfast, the pans were all empty and not refilled very promptly. Our room blinds were broken and missing piece, so the morning light woke me up early.

The front desk kept on trying to make me take a double queen room when I booked a king. They kept pushing it. There were a little rude when I told them I wanted a king for a reason.
