The hotel was clean and mostly comfortable. The shower was nice but not for infants, so if someone has a baby, they can't give them a proper bath. Bed was comfortable. The heater kept the room nice and warm.

The bed could have had a thicker comforter. It's winter time and the room is cold. The heater, although it keeps the room warm, it makes for dehydration for me and my baby. I had to turn the heat down in the middle of the night, but the blankets were thin and we were cold.

The hotel is perfectly located. Away from everything enough that it was quiet, but close enough to attractions that it's not inconvenient. It was quiet and clean

The kitchen was very minimalistic. Normally wouldn't be a problem, but as I was getting away with the intention of staying in the room and relaxing and eating in room, it presented challenges

The room was exquisite. Very comfortable and clean.

The timing of our booking was so off. It was very cold, and it was uncomfortable going out. The doors didn't work the heat in the lobby either. Not even a continental breakfast for the price at least that.

When we arrived front staff told me to take a seat and she’d be back in a minute. After 10 min finally someone else actually checked us in. Just felt dismissed by other person and would have understood if given an explanation for delay.

The hotel was nice size rooms, but the furniture is starting to get a little banged up.

in New Town ND there is no place to get anything to eat after subway closes at 8:30 except for Teddy’s. I stayed somewhere else the night before and both of the restaurants were closed. I won’t ever stay at the other place again it will just be Teddy’s. The food and bar were great!! Service was excellent. Rooms were excellent.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee was very good. Great atmosphere.

It would have been nice to have a shuttle earlier than 5pm.

The esthetic of the hotel was more than I imagined and homey with a touch of elegance all at the same time. Everything worked.

I wish there would have been a ceiling light near the wall mirror outside of the bathroom.
