I didn’t eat the breakfast . The only issue I had was the tv remote wasn’t working very well I had to be right at the T V for it to work. Even then it wasn’t easy to get the channel to change . It would have been nice if there had been a channel guide left in the room . Other than that, it was a good experience.

Just the remote not working properly and parking was not as good as I would have liked but of course that was not the fault of the hotel.

I liked the location.

My bed looked slept in when I got there and I took a picture and asked about it. The receptionist said my room had been cleaned. The room was very dusty. I dusted it myself. The carpet in the common areas is severely stained and needs replacing.

The room was spacious; however, there was definite lack of attention to condition of furnishings, no dirty laundry bag available, no tv channel card, carpets throughout the facility were exceedingly dirty

the breakfast was horrible, probably the worst we have ever had, it wasn't just us feeling that way, the other 10-12 people down for breakfast were throwing away plates full of food same as us

The staff was great, the breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. The orange juice wasn't extremely watered down. Cookies, coffee, tea (I didn't have any tea.. ), and hot chocolate packets available all day and night. Liked that very much. I'm guessing it was clean, I really don't know as my wife goes in and cleans the room before we go in...

The hot tub was down and looked as though it had been down for some time. The waffle mix could have been thicker, it was thin like pancake batter so making waffles for breakfast was a little tough. The AC/Heat unit didn't quit work right. If you wanted it cooler, you had to put it on cool and put it on constant fan. The same goes for the heat. The automatic fan and shut-off didn't work as it should. The beds are soft... If you have had multiple fusions in your lowback, this isn't a positive.

Breakfast was great, availability of coffee/hot chocolate/hot tea and cookies throughout the day was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The availability of a room with three beds was the reason I chose this hotel.

The hot tub was out of service, the ice machines on first and third floors were out of service, the furnishings were not in great condition - our sofa cushion was missing a hand-sized piece of vinyl, a knob on a dresser drawer came off in my hand, there was a dark brown stain about 6 inches in diameter near the top of the bathroom door that appeared to be a repair of a hole in the door but was not painted to match the white door, the room darkening curtains did not close because the track was damaged, etc. These issues made our room feel “shabby” and our first impression of our room was very disappointing. Fortunately, the positives of the hotel outweighed the cosmetic deficiencies.

We loved the staff and the room. Very easy to work with and nice. Housekeepers kept our room clean. They were respectable did everything for my kids. Hands down best ran hotel in lima.

I rather enjoyed my stay

We went to this location to view the Total Solar Eclipse and they were very accommodating. Many of us were allowed to picnic on the lawn for the viewing and use their restrooms even before checking in our room.

The staff could have been more friendly. We did not eat any breakfast there but took a Quick Look and it was a lower level of food choices than most hotels.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a lot more than I have had at other motels. The rooms were comfy and clean for the most part, the only thing that was not clean was under the dressers was dirt and bottle caps and the carpet is stained and a little dirty. I have seen worse.

Cleanliness under furniture. Pool wasn’t open for 3 of the 4 days we were there and the jacuzzi was also closed.

Safe, clean, reasonable rate. Pillows were comfortable. Shower was very good - great pressure but unadjustable.

Bed was hard, Breakfast was limited and disappointing. We have stayed at Country Inn many times in Lithia Springs we were never disappointed buy any part of our stay. That is was we expected.

Coffee early was great!!! Breakfast was also good

The ladder in the pool was broken and no hot tub. A guest was smoking marijuana right outside the lobby doors which came right into the lobby for a couple of days.
