Convenient location off of I-75, able to walk to several restaurants and shopping options. Very pleasant lobby with multiple seating areas, pool in the lobby, fitness room, game room, many table games. Excellent breakfast with good hours. Pizza/snack bar. Balcony overlooking the lobby. Very comfortable beds. Good showerhead.

Lobby noise got pretty high at times, but to be expected on a long holiday weekend and many families staying. Would have appreciated a tighter closedown of the lobby at the 10 p.m. time.

Stayed here for two days with my kids and they loved everything about this hotel. Great friendly staff. Helpful and accommodating. The gentleman working the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Greeted every single person and offered to get them coffee. Bartender Saturday evening was just as fantastic. Very relaxing experience.

Our bathroom was very dated and some parts were questionable. We didn’t complain because the hospitality outshined this flaw.

The property was spacious, convenient, and was in a safe neighborhood. The staff were super friendly. We didn’t go swimming, but there was a nice indoor pool. Pool and ping pong in common area were great down time activities for the kids.

I would’ve liked more breakfast options such as scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. Also, the mattresses could’ve been more comfortable, however the rooms were clean with plenty of space.

We travelled from Scotland visiting my son who goes to UNOH and this hotel was in a fantastic location for us and just of the I75, we stayed for 9 nights. Our room was perfect and had everything you could need. We were able to get an extra bed for $15, which we thought was per night but we were amazed that this was a one off payment and we could have the bed for the duration of our stay, it was handy as it meant my son could stay over when he wanted. All of the reception staff were very helpful and friendly and resolved any issues we had very quickly. Breakfast was fab and just right, again the staff were very welcoming. We tried the Pizza Lounge several evenings and the food was really nice with a good choice and not overpriced. There was a pool too which was a nice touch although we didn't use it but others did. It was busy on weekends with families so was a bit noisier and week days it seemed mostly working people which was much quieter. I would thoroughly recommend anyone stay here and we will definitely stay here again should we find ourselves back in Lima.

My family are repeat customers! We've stayed at a few hotels in Lima and this one is by far our favorite. Good breakfast, kid friendly amenities. Also, while there this time, there was a very loud, out of control altercation amongst some of the customers (totally not the hotel's fault) unfortunately we happened to be in the lobby and my kids (8&9) had to witness it, BUT the staff was immediately on it and handled it professionally calling in the police and putting an end to it as quickly as possible.

The beds are SO hard. The tub drained really slowly so taking a shower included standing in a couple of inches of water. And although I don't mind, my kids hate that the last hour of the pool is adults only.

The property was clean . There was so much to do , from the arcade to the toddler play area , to the pool, it was all great! Any time we came into contact with the workers they were extremely friendly and asking if we needed anything. 100% recommend staying here !

There was two things we didn’t like. There was nowhere to get change for arcade so we had to go search our cars for quarters. Another big problem was that the pool has no towels so we went to swim and had to go back to the room soaking wet because we were unaware .

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, close to freeway, and many restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. I enjoyed using the pancake machine at the breakfast area. Close to the Armstrong Air and Space Museum. We would stay there again.

The furniture in our room needed some upkeeping and / or replacement. The upholstery on the headboard was beginning to peel, and the back of the office chair was torn. The armchair by the window was very uncomfortable to sit in. Room needed some more lighting.

We liked everything. This is probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. Had it all. A game room. Pool table, air hockey table and something else. A nice pool. A little bar and pub. After our long drive we were able to order pizza and wings and did not have to leave. Nice breakfast.

The only thing we did not like was the pillows were way too hard. Nothing else I can think of.

Loved all the amenities. The pool, game room, pool table, air hockey, and ping pong tables kept our family occupied and busy the entire night. This was a pit stop on our way to Gatlinburg where we’ll stay at another Howard Johnson and we couldn’t be more happy with our stay.

The public restrooms by the banquet hall were gross. Someone literally took a poop in every toilet and shut the lid without flushing. That was a total surprise and not fun, serial shitter, I suppose.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean. Felt very comfortable staying in the room and that it was clean (I’m picky). Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, cereal, pancakes, waffles, individually packaged blueberry muffins (another kind of muffin would have been good as my husband doesn’t like blueberry, some kind of meat would have been nice also). Will certainly stay here again if in the area. Had a games area which we didn’t use, but had a pool table, air hockey and table tennis. Also has a pool, but didn’t use. Our room was pool side/lobby facing and there was a family playing in the lobby but they left about 10 and it was quiet after that (the hours for that area states it closes at 10). Can’t complain here because we didn’t give the front desk a chance to resolve, however the tv wouldn’t change channel - we told front desk when we were leaving and left a note for housekeeping, so can’t say whether fixed or not.

No complaints- we’ll be back if in the area!
