We booked 3 rooms together and it was nice to be all be there together.

I booked this particular place for the indoor pool and when we checked in they told us the pool was closed because they were draining it and cleaning. It looked like the pool had been closed for quite some time because there was algae in the water that was half drained and the entire 4 days we were there they were not working on the pool in any manner. Also, and this is my own fault, I didn't notice that we had to purchase our own breakfast if we wanted to eat. The menu was very very pricey considering all the restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We never used their restaurant at the hotel.

The room was comfortable the bed and pillows are the best. The location is perfect for where we go and visit our daughter. The staff was very friendly and understanding.

The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke.. it was gross we told the front desk about it and also the shower curtain rod was falling down, they came in and fixed that while we were out. But morning #2 woke up and could smell cigarettes again, next time we are going to stay on a lower level had no issues on floor 2 but 4th floor was not good..

The staff is always super friendly! They had a big event down the road from the hotel and it was sold out but the staff kept smiling and remained friendly and professional! Of course the beds are super comfy and pillows too!

The bathroom door was hard to open that would be all I can say negative.

The beds were super comfortable and the pillows felt like heaven! The room was very clean and large. Love the layout! And housekeeping asked if we needed anything which we have never gotten asked before!

The beds are extremely comfy, pillows feel like home! The staff were all super friendly.

Larger room than some hotels. Clean and quiet. Nice people and good food.

The staff was wonderful the company needs to update their information online because most of it is wrong there are no hot tubs in any of the rooms but the staff was wonderful they let us have access to the pool and hot tub at all times and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed 🙂

It was pretty good with a nice selection. The food was nice and fresh. The staff was very helpful.

it was little run down and dirty in some places but it’s Lima and a lot of public places in general needs cleaned and updated
