Easy on and off I-35. Checked in online. We were extremely late due to an accident on the freeway but I called to make sure our room was not given away. Staff was friendly. Older Days Inn, room had a musty smell (has old carpeting) but I keep febreeze in my car so sprayed and it was OK. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had great pressure. They provide small bars of soap and a small bottle of shampoo. Microwave and small fridge in room. No undesirables hanging around so felt very safe. You can check out online which was nice. Just left the room keys in the room. Would stay here again.

Wanted a late check out but they charge to check out late so we opted to leave by check out time (11 am). Be careful of large potholes in parking lot when driving to room. No elevator. Due to mobility issues when I booked I requested a downstairs room if there was no elevator and they tried to put us in an upstairs room. Luckily there was a downstairs room available so they were able to move us Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that.

Did online check in which made it extremely convenient to walk in, pick up key from front desk and go straight to my room with minimal waiting. Impressed with the cleanliness of room and comfortable bed and pillows. Love the mirror in bathroom as it’s great for makeup application. The shower with supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) for those forgotten items was a lifesaver. Didn’t get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast as I was in a rush to leave. Will try next time.

Thank the staff for easy check in and friendly welcome! I drove from Ohio to take my daughter to college in Houston. The room was a great size. Beds were comfortable. The room was cleaned daily by housekeepers. Fresh towels and linens daily a plus. Breakfast was good on the go. Location wasn’t far from other things to do. Overall a great stay and I will be back when I come into town

It was perfect stay quiet comfortable and safe. Desk clerk Was so helpful as always this was my fourth stay in last two months, and I never had any issue during my stay. she is very knowledgeable person. she mentioned this couple of the restaurant very first time we went ahead to restaurant we tried it in those trips. and it was perfect. each time we stayed there. There was no noise at all.

Need to redo and/or finish the bathroom. Old and stained tub/shower combo. Tiles around bottom were gone. Bathroom floor could be scrubbed better especially around toilet and corners. Need to clean carpet or replace especially where pet friendly as there was a stale animal smell in room to start with.

First time staying at this location and I will definitely be back! Customer service was excellent! Front desk clerks were very helpful and accommodating on both days I stayed! My room was very clean! Parking was an issue the night I arrived but again, staff were very helpful in providing a satisfactory solution. I’m extremely satisfied!

This hotel is in a great location. We originally booked at another hotel that we just could not stay in (was in a bad area). We found this hotel immediately booked. The front staff were amazing and very attentive. Rooms were clean. The hotel itself was in a great location. Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

The unit was very clean and the bathroom/shower was spacious. Shortly after checking out, we realized we left a piece of gold jewelry. We called the hotel and the front desk employee went to the unit, retrieved it, and held it up front until we arrived to pick it up. The staff was friendly and clearly trustworthy. Highly recommend!!
