Location was great, right next to the highway and it was quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and room had lots of space.

I purposively paid a bit extra in order to stay at a Hilton as I thought it would be nicer, but honestly didn't see much a difference. The facillities were clean but had some stains on the carpet, and part of the it feels like it needs to be remodeled. Plus, you're paying little extra for a hotel room (or I did) and it didn't include breakfast, which it would have at other hotels. I expected it to be a lot nicer but it was a bit of a let down, honestly.

Walked in to check in and stood in fron of the clerk that was working. Was not even acknowledged by her or anyone else because she apparently talking to someone on the cleaning staff. About what I think was 10 minutes she looked at me and advised I need to check. Then during the process another person they just gave a room came and said someone is in the room you gave us. She proceeds to mess with that. I get you are bust however just an acknowledgement of I will be right with you is good CS. Just feel the customer service could ve better.. cannot remember her name as I do not think she even had a badge on

I felt safe and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was visiting family and we were able to hang out in the lobby and play cards for part of our visit. Overall, very nice.

My only complaint is that breakfast was not included in the stay. With tax and a tip, it was $17 for one person. It seemed a little steep to me.

Beautiful facility. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Our working dog wasn’t allowed in the dining area because of a past experience the facility experienced. It wasn’t a problem, other than we weren’t told by reception. I was already seated and my husband was getting food when I was told I needed to get my meal to go.

Breakfast was good. Server was very nice. Food was good. However could have been hotter.

Carpet in hallways were dirty. Stained & bleached around the elevator. Clearly spills had happened in hallways & not cleaned. Unfortunate as gives a not so good impression before you even get to the room.

The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us. From interactions with my big kiddos having midnight munchies. They were able to access the front desk pantry and all. We had a wonderful secure stay and the price was just right. After returning home, we realized my husband left his ID behind and team member Jessi tracked it down. She will be mailing it back to Texas. Thank you so very much Jessi! You are truly are a lifesaver and a gem. We will definitely be back in the next month or 2.

We liked that there was a bar and parking for large vehicles and trailers. We liked that pets were allowed. Close to Highway, but still quiet.

$75 pet fee is higher than expected. Hot water wasn’t hot enough. Massive rains resulted in slippery mud in parking lot.

I enjoyed everything about my stay I would definitely stay there again. It was easy location off the highway all the staff were friendly I have no complaints.

Very unsafe handicap bathroom facilities. Don’t recommend if you have mobility/balance issues as you have to step into a regular tub and then use a shower chair that causes the water to spray out onto the floor. Serious fall risk as you ever out of the shower.
