The location was very good. Staff was very friendly. Near enough to a side road along some fields and woods to take a nice walk away from traffic. Room was clean and as expected since we have stayed there twice previously. The morning coffee was good and the waffles looked good too although we didn't partake. The rooms were quiet. Henryetta is large enough to have several options for dinner. The value was good.

There is little to criticize. While the facility itself is not beautiful, it is functional for what we were looking to have. Towels could have been a bit softer but they were clean and that is more important.

Driving up to the hotel we thought 'Oh no, it this hotel even open?' The weather was not good, cold with high winds and the door to the lobby was closed with a note saying it is broken, do not enter. The clerk opened the night window about 5" to take our info. We got to our room and what a surprise, it was very clean with a really nice bathroom and comfortable bed. We had a great nights sleep.

I had a comfortable room away from busy highway noise. I had booked a non-smoking room, but the online receipt stated a smoking room. I telephoned and was able to change to non-smoking. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She asked my preference for a room (close or away from highway). My room was very clean and comfortable and I heard no highway noise when I was there. The motel was easy to get to.

Location was convenient. Desk clerk was professional, courteous and friendly.

Door opens to outdoors, but this is typical of older motels. This did not cause any problems during our stay.

The lady at check-in was incredibly nice and helpful. The location was great. The bed was really comfortable as well.

It's an older motel and could use some updating. Our bathroom looked like someone locked a dog in it, and the dog ate the door frame. They just painted over it.
