Our beds wer comfortable. Snacks and drinks on-site.

My bed room #419 was dirty. The blanket is white so u can see it's dirty. Not stains but dirty. Trash inside the dresser. Bathroom floor was dirty not mopped I guess. Carpet dirty too probably not vacuumed. Other room 403, the carpet same thing. Dresser top not wiped, u can see stains. Dusty, and also trash inside drawers. I used to inspect rooms at South Mountain World Mark by Wyndham at Phoenix, AZ. So everytime I walk in a room the first thing I notice is the smell of the room. 403 smelled really bad. I can tell housekeepers sweat wen they clean, so it leaves a smell in a room. It'll be nice to spray airfreshner before walking out. Other than that the facility was nice and the stuff too. Thank you

Checking in and out was extremely easy. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, every staff member we encountered was very sweet and attentive. If we had questions, they answered kindly, and even when our cards deactivated, they were quick to take care of them. The location was in the heart of Cache Road, so we were very close to every place we wanted to go while visiting. The room was HUGE, we were celebrating our engagement, so we were out more than in the room, so we only got a pic of the beautiful jacuzzi tub.

I must say, I loved how cold the fridge was, but it got way too cold. I know that sounds crazy, lol, but all of our stuff froze, so we weren't able to enjoy our strawberries or drinks we brought in because they were frozen solid. The morning cleaners were very loud talking and laughing in the hallway, that it woke us out of our sleep. We were a bit frustrated, but when we got up to leave, one cleaner was in the room across the hall cleaning, she was very sweet. She asked if we needed anything because we left our DND sign out, but we told her we were okay and Happy New Year. We also kept having little knats flying around, but we couldn't find where they were coming from, but they were more annoying than anything else, but not enough to not leave a 5-star review.

Very helpful staff. It was a sold out couple of days, yet any time I had a question, they never rushed us. I needed a couple chairs for a little bit and housekeeping didn't hesitate to locate some for me. The breakfast was delicious with both hot and cold food options. It was tended very well and there was plenty, even with a large amount of guests going through. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, and the common areas were comfortable and welcoming.

Pool cleanliness was not not up to par. It appeared to have algae on the bottom. I could be wrong on what it was, but it seemed they probably were lacking time to stay on top of the pool maintenance. Not something that would keep me from staying again though.

Loved the location, the beds, the A/C, the staff..

The breakfast:( I’m a type 2 diabetic in remission but still have to watch what I eat to avoid possible sugar spikes. When we went down for breakfast around 8am, there were only biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, sugary yogurt & juice. I had some coffee, half a biscuit and chased it with lots of water to avoid any sugar spikes from breading. I was hoping for sausage, bacon and eggs. I could have eaten so much better.

Room is a little outdated but is ok. It was clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable enough. Staff is friendly and overall we had a good stay.

The breakfast is really poor. There are very few options, almost no fruit and no eggs most of the days (just boiled ones - and cold). Youghurt also wasn't available in some of the days. I think breakfast needs to be improved.

The breakfast was good each morning. The air conditioner worked great as well the refrigerator. It was VERY hot during my stay and had no problems keeping up with cooling me down.

The elevator was a bit scary. There was no extra roll of toilet paper to replace the rolls that were more than halfway gone when I first occupied the room.

Staff was very helpful. Clean rooms, plenty of laundry service and in a good location. The pool was great, relaxed and used the workout facilities. Would definitely stay there again. 24 hour concierge services also.

Nothing I was unhappy with. The breakfast is good. Restaurants are very close. You can get some shopping in as well if you’re in town long enough. Free parking is available as well. Beds are very comfortable and clean.

Staff, breakfast, very comfortable bed and windows that over looked parking lot great view awesome fresh air very clean.

Checking in the man that checked me in was a little bit rude when he found out I had a service animal I don't mind paying extra if my dog / my service animal / my family member ruin something or tear something up but my service animal is trained for my safety so I also trained her to be very obedient but she is the man was rooted first but shortly afterwards was somewhat helpful

The breakfast was great front desk customer service was fantastic cleaning ladies very nice location was on spot 12 minutes from fort sill army base lots of restaurants stores around will I rent again sure it was a lovely stay

Sofa mattress was full of hair and stained my son slept with the couch closed he had to put some sheets on top of the sofa to be able to sleep well

1. It was clean. 2. The price was okay. 3. The staff was good. Big shout-out to the staff member who was handling breakfast…I spilled my entire glass of juice, and he cleaned it up cheerfully. I appreciated him most of all. 4. Toiletries were filled. 5. Breakfast was delicious.

1. Could have used two chairs in the room. 2. Needs more towels.
