The hotel was newly refurbished, so everything was nice. The staff were great, and very informative when asked about restaurants in the area. The manager was awesome! She was very helpful and made great recommendations for dinner and lunch. The breakfast area was decent, but needs more hot foods, if possible.

The beds, mainly the mattresses, were a bit too firm for my liking. Maybe a pillow top added onto the beds in the room would help with that.

Bryan was awesome, very friendly and helpful, great people skills. Nice guy, always was in a cheerful mood, he should be the manager.

The manager (Donna) of the property wasn’t smart enough or aware enough to look at the reservation to realize that I had already paid for my stay in advance. She then asked my wife for her debit card and charged her for our room again, when I brought it to her attention a day later after looking at both our accounts and seeing the same charge cent for cent I brought it to her attention she tried to say it wasn’t a charge on her account but only an authorization, even though my account statement clearly stated it was a charge. In the end however the charge was reversed on my wife’s account but it was just an aggravating circumstance.

Was very clean. Beautiful room.

We could not take a showers before we left in the morning. The handle broke. No offer to give us some of our money back. Breakfast was slim pickuns. Very limited choice. We were down there by 7:30am. We paid $134 for the night. I chose it because it had excellent reviews.

The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was nice, quiet and the room was very clean and tidy.

The bed was hard. there is no elevator to the second floor I was lucky and got a ground floor room, otherwise I would have been in a bad way. I can't lift heavy items, like luggage.

The parking lot, the hotel, and the rooms were very tidy and clean. This is a strictly non-smoking location and loved that!!

The room was I initially very hot when we arrived took a few hours for the A/C to cool the room down :c The restroom also had limited ventilation and would get hot VERY quickly or humid from showers…The hardest part of the stay were the beds unfortunately. They were VERY VERY HARD. No comfort to be had there sadly.

The hotel was very clean & I was greater with a friendly hello when I walked in. The waterfall was beautiful.

The bed wasn’t to bad but not as comfortable as I would’ve expected it to be but I’d definitely stay again when in the area.

Good location. Clean lobby and eating area. Very willing to accommodate people with physical issues.

Bed for my husband and I was to small. A full not queen. Pillows not that soft.

Clean, new, fresh feeling. Had housekeeping swarming all over the place.

I've slept on better mattresses, also much worse. I'd rate it a 6-7.

The lady at the check in couldn't have been nicer, Such a pleasant experience. Breakfast was great, more than just continental.

Beds were OK, though perfectly adequate for the 2 night stay.
