Quiet and peaceful. There were no crazy noises, the staff was always friendly and everything went smoothly. Room was clean and no complaints at all.

Maybe the stairs need more attention. The breakfast could have some fresh cooked eggs but no complaints as it wasn’t that bad overall. Got the basics.

Refrigerator did not work . They brought me another one in the morning as agreed to by me and it worked fine. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Had to change dates. Called the hotel and was told he would waive the booking.com fee. The receipt shows no charge but I was charged $118.32. Would like the $118 added to my card as agreed upon.

We came from South Carolina to pick up our daughter from her Army basic training. From the moment we arrived the people at the front desk treated us with cordiality, the room was clean and tidy as we expected and the most impressive thing for us was the cleanliness of this place and the courtesy of the old lady in the breakfast room, she made us feel right at home.

We were there to see grandson graduate from boot camp. Hotel is dated but clean. Pillows nice and soft, beds a little hard. Our only disappointment was indoor pool was too cold to use. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful. We would stay there again.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The Staff was attentive and helpful. Spring break allowed a nice way of teaching inexperienced kids how to swim in a pool. Before going to a lake.

I did not fine a " Do not disturb" sign for the door. Maybe a variety of juices and I did not find a snack machine. I recommend something to make the bathtub less slippery., maybe use precut shelf liners

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Location to where I was gone ng was perfect.

There were roaches in the room and I ended up killing at least 3of them while I was in that room. I also checked out a day early and the manager refused to refund me my money.

Very nice place to stay at came here for my wife Army graduation. They do offer military discount if reservation over the phone go check them out very nice area about 10 minutes away to fort sill base. Good customer service

Overall very nice and clean but the sheet has stains on them but this can be resolved easily.

This is a pretty nice hotel in Lawton. It's close to everything. Next door there is a Starbucks, and then right off the main road you have tons of food choice options. The bedroom was very clean and spacious. The bedroom was a smoke free bedroom and I did not smell any smoke and I was delighted. The bed was comfortable. I did not eat anyfood there since Im a late riser.

If you have a bedroom that faces the Lowes, on the corner next to the back door. Lowes has a Bright ass light that can be a little annoying especially if you are a light sleeper. The Lowes also played music on their speaker system the entire night. Once again if you are a light sleeper then this will be an issue. If not,have at it.

Freezing pool. N had to go down to get more towels paid for 4 of us n only recieved towels for 2 of us. Glad receptionist was very Nice n helpful. Wasn't very much for breakfast.
