Very well maintained property. Clean, quiet, even off the highway couldn’t hear the traffic. Breakfast was very good, the staff were really helpful and they responded quickly to our requests. Shower water pressure was very strong definitely felt clean and refreshed. Very good choice to stay at in Lawton.

Only drawback to this property is the location. By that I mean the street is not directly accessible from the highway. Of course it also means less traffic in front of the hotel so that is a bonus.

Room was adequate. Breakfast was very good and included with the room - great buy.

Change of plans caused us to change from KIng size bed to 2 queens. You had asked them to waive the fee for the change, they didn't. I paid extra when we checked in.. we left a day early , stayed 2 nights not 3. Asked for a partial refund for the extra fee we paid, said would have to ask the manager. I did not ask for a refund on the Bookings.com charge which I knwe was non refundable.. just on the extra fee. Diapointed.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Full hot breakfast was decent. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.. price was right, and the room was pretty big.

Hot water did not work at all in bathroom sink. Walls are a bit thin. The couple next door made lots of "noise". Couch was stained and looked a bit beat up. Woke up to my car covered in bird dropping (do not park next to the tall lamppost). The heating unit was very loud when it kicked on.

Breakfast was good. Wish there was a variety from day to day, instead of the same things everyday. But there was a wide selection of foods. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location for Graduations for Fort Sill.

Really slow elevator. Lots of construction(not the hotels fault)

The hotel was perfect for our stay near Fort Sill. The staf was friendly, the breakfast ok, the rooms clean.

Like in our stay the night before in Fort Worth, this hotel could use some maintenance. The air condition was way to loud at night and the devices in the gym could also use some upgrades.

I liked having coffee during the day. I liked the beds, comfy & high. I liked how close we were to Fort Sill. We asked to be close to a door. I have trouble walking. Raven accommodated my request. Thank you for that.

Room was clean & well furnished, Loved the large restroom & unique shower room! Bed, linen & chair were quite comfortable.

Had to have my room key reprogrammed twice & one particular front desk clerk was smug & tacky about having to redo it? I may be older & straight, but I'm not an idiot & as a customer, I shouldn't be talked down to

Very reasonably priced. It was clean and quiet. The young woman at check in was super sweet.

I went to the pool and needed an extra towel going back upstairs. Wet and cold, the lady at the desk made me give her my towel before handing me another. It was rude and unnecessary and only caused me to track water around.

Convenient to our grandchildren’s place and a very nice location.

The breakfast buffet served the same hot items each morning.

Quiet and had no issues at all. Staff were great and location was convenient for our stay. Breakfast was okay as it was the same style eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy for a week but at least it was hot.
