I like the scenery and great staff. The room was very nice.

The restaurant closed fairly early for a casino hotel, including the bar. We were hoping to be able to stay there and not have to leave to drink and eat. I know it was the 4th of July. 600.00 for 1 night did seem a little pricey. However, the experience and getaway feeling was exciting and much needed for my wife and I.

the main restaurant family of 4 ordered at 9:00 pm got served after 10:00 after i asked about or dinner we noticed that every one had a basket of bread and dip we asked if we had to order it to a different waitress she said no our waiter was not good at all we wanted to walk out but food cme about 20 after 10:00 the food was not hot just a bad experience. i give the restaurant a 1star

I loved how clean it was.

The only thing bad was that we stayed in room 116 and the maintenance people made so much noise and talking very early in the morning and you can hear it all in the room. We stayed two nights and the two mornings the same thing happened they were so loud we kept waking up. They were conversating but it was so loud you can hear everything in the rooms

The saltwater pool and the room were amazing! The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job of paying attention to detail. And the checkin staff did such a great job of welcoming us. Also security was top notch!! I can’t wait to go back!

Not one thing was terrible.

Beds were comfortable and room was a nice size. No smoking in hotel or casino.

There was not a good selection of tv channels. Rooms were clean but floors were not swept good and it was a little dusty.

The location of the hotel was perfect for where we were working and there is a Braum's right across the street which was perfect for our breakfast along with other quick places to grab a quick bite to eat.

The air conditioner was great while it was on, but it went on and off a lot during the night. I have to have a constant sound to keep me asleep. I guess next time I will bring along a little portable fan.

The espresso machine at the Starbucks wasn't working. They don't seem to take making special drinks a priority. It wasn't like a real Starbucks at all. We wasted money there. Casino food seems overpriced.

Room was clean and rate was great

Being called in the evening to make sure I was coming. Didn't really understand that call unless you were wanting to double dip my room amd collect another fee because, if I hadn't shown up, you would have charged me for the room regardless

Very clean, comfortable and near lots of eating places not even counting Apache Grill and 360

My husband has trouble walking and the guy that drove the cart watched us go to our car and not one time offered to take my husband

Cleanliness, friendly staff, convenience, fun things to do at hotel, nice size rooms, secure elevators leading to rooms , easy check in and out
