Loved the color scheme…use of the different shades of blue created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Front Desk Lady late last night and the Cleaning Staff were helpful, friendly, and very gracious. Comfortable bed and a great shower head!

The Breakfast was the least liked thing in our whole experience. The location was a challenge…even with our GPS directions. Perhaps directions or at least a landmark noted on the reservation could help guests find the Express. A larger, better placed sign prior to the turn would be very helpful.

The location easy to find. The staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. Haley was so nice and greeted us everyday with a smile.

The pool was closed during our entire stay and we had to have our key cards updated multiple times because they didn't work the next day but again Haley was very nice and took care of it.

We felt like the air conditioner in the room wasn't working correctly. It would blow cold for a bit then turn off for 5 min then kick back on constantly. We went to buy a fan to help just circulate the air. Also though it was extra hot outside so wasn't sure if that played a part in it because when it was blowing air it was cold air it just wouldn't stay on keep room at temp we had set.

Room was clean and comfortable. Alot of good channels available on the TV. Excellent coffee in the lobby.

Hot Breakfast doesn't start till 630a. Most places I find it's 6a. I had to b somewhere at 7a, so not enuff time.

When you book a suite you expect 2 rooms not one big one! This is becoming a trend and people don’t like it! The purpose of a suite is to be able to get up if you can’t sleep, leave the room and shut the door so you do not disturb the sleeping person. You can’t do that when the suite is just one big room! And why is there not a coffee table in front of the couch? There is no place to set things down. I’m all for modern but these rooms are not practical.

The room was nice size. I was able to put my child’s pack and play out and still had a lot of space between her and the bed. The room was clean and so was the bathroom.

Loved the staff! Facilities are clean, and everything works! Breakfast at Holiday inns are always exceptional! Extra towels are always given as well.

The breakfast spread was limited.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The reception gave us a comforter to spread over but unfortunately, it remained uncomfortable.

Price, Price was pricey for Duncan. Spa. Shower,We had trouble with coldness in shower, and spa. We could not find the on button for spa, had to get staff to show us. Shower heat light did not work properly. I feel a curtain for shower even if its a walk in for ADA. It was cold, and no privacy, for others staying to come in to use toilet.
