Everything was fine. After reading a few bad reviews, I decided that I would judge for myself especially since it was close to our destination. I was genuinely surprised at how wrong the bad reviews were. Our room was clean and comfy, the self laundry was great and it as close to so many restaurants. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

it was clean and well maintained. Concur with other reviews, the breakfast was very good (except for Sunday). Those reviews were one reason we chose this hotel. FRIDAY & SATURDAY (11-12 Nov 22): breakfasts were wonderful both Friday and Saturday. Biscuits cooked perfectly, plenty of food available and hot. Food was available and hot the entire time breakfast was scheduled to be served. SUNDAY (13 Nov 22): not a good breakfast experience.

SUNDAY (13 Nov 22) breakfast not good! The night before, the desk clerk said breakfast would be served until 10am. At 9:50am, the pancake machine and warmers had already been turned off. Could not get pancakes and other food was no longer hot or was already gone. Orange juice was watered down, like it was running out. The woman working the breakfast area did ask if there was something I wanted. She then left and never came back. If breakfast is actually NOT being served until 10am, then advertised the correct time! Breakfast should be available when you say it will be.

I was surprised at how good it was. It had a good variety and I loved the eggs with the cheese in the middle. I would have preferred whole milk. But there were plenty of choices of drinks. Overall, great.

Maybe if we had whole milk. The fire alarm going off at 4:00 in the morning. I heard it was from someone smoking in one of the rooms. If so, they should have been fined or something.

I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in McAlester, Ok. The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we've had. There was a large assortment. Buscuits, gravy, various breads, pancakes, omletes. Potatoes, bacon, sausage.

Every thing was great. No complaints.

The breakfast was excellent and the young man overseeing it did a fabulous job! We also loved having the Dove products in the shower. The room was very clean when we arrived and we were provided everything we needed on daily basis.

We arrived at 2:30 with check in time being 3:00. We were told that check in was not until 3:00 and she had not heard from housekeeping yet on whether there were any rooms ready. I found it odd that housekeeping would wait until 3:00 to let them know when rooms were ready and that she couldn't call housekeeping and ask. We have never had an issue checking in 30 minutes early to any other hotel. Everything else was great!

This was a wonderful property! Staff was wonderful and very accommodating! Facilities were nice and clean and so very inviting. Breakfast was not your usual continental, it was a full HOT breakfast that didn’t taste like it had been sitting forever. Can’t say enough about this property. I chose it at random and so glad I did. I’m sad I didn’t think to take photos.

Great location. Spacious room with plenty of outlets/USB outlets.

Good breakfast but area was crowded and blocked entrance to elevators and desk. Staff for checking in and out was sparse - very polite and helpful but seemed understaffed. Other staff was present but unable to assist.

Breakfast was mayhem with construction workers eating everything on the counter and we had to wait over half an hour for food to arrive!

The over all stay was great the room was clean the staff was friendly the breakfast was hot and fresh

My over all stay was great the only thing we had to do was go down and get the sheets for the fold out bed there was none in the room

Breakfast was great, morning staff was AMAZING! We had a 2 room suite, it was very clean, and comfortable!

I don’t like the hotel pool out of view of office, lots of town ppl come in to use at their leisure! Night office girl could care less. Construction is still going off 1 year later, it doesn’t bother us but I heard multiple ppl in the hall comment it’s an eye sore!
