Lobby area was very clean. Staff was nice. The room was clean, and beds were so comfortable! The shampoo and condioners in the bathroom were also very nice! Breakfast was amazing, plenty of options for everyone! Pool area looked very relaxing.

I didnt find anything that was to my liking at this hotel. Probably one of the best I've experienced!

Really enjoyable! Comfy beds, nice space and great to have fridge, keurig and microwave. Nice bathroom space and sparking clean! GREAT water pressure , too. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in and the breakfast was amazing!

Problem with door operation to get in the room. Had to try over and over again before the door Lock would disengage.

Everything was fine. After reading a few bad reviews, I decided that I would judge for myself especially since it was close to our destination. I was genuinely surprised at how wrong the bad reviews were. Our room was clean and comfy, the self laundry was great and it as close to so many restaurants. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in McAlester, Ok. The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we've had. There was a large assortment. Buscuits, gravy, various breads, pancakes, omletes. Potatoes, bacon, sausage.

Every thing was great. No complaints.

I was surprised at how good it was. It had a good variety and I loved the eggs with the cheese in the middle. I would have preferred whole milk. But there were plenty of choices of drinks. Overall, great.

Maybe if we had whole milk. The fire alarm going off at 4:00 in the morning. I heard it was from someone smoking in one of the rooms. If so, they should have been fined or something.

it was clean and well maintained. Concur with other reviews, the breakfast was very good (except for Sunday). Those reviews were one reason we chose this hotel. FRIDAY & SATURDAY (11-12 Nov 22): breakfasts were wonderful both Friday and Saturday. Biscuits cooked perfectly, plenty of food available and hot. Food was available and hot the entire time breakfast was scheduled to be served. SUNDAY (13 Nov 22): not a good breakfast experience.

SUNDAY (13 Nov 22) breakfast not good! The night before, the desk clerk said breakfast would be served until 10am. At 9:50am, the pancake machine and warmers had already been turned off. Could not get pancakes and other food was no longer hot or was already gone. Orange juice was watered down, like it was running out. The woman working the breakfast area did ask if there was something I wanted. She then left and never came back. If breakfast is actually NOT being served until 10am, then advertised the correct time! Breakfast should be available when you say it will be.

Friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast was delicious and having the amenities in room were exceptional! Very clean and comfortable. Will stay again and again.

Die hard to get unlocked.

The breakfast was excellent and the young man overseeing it did a fabulous job! We also loved having the Dove products in the shower. The room was very clean when we arrived and we were provided everything we needed on daily basis.

We arrived at 2:30 with check in time being 3:00. We were told that check in was not until 3:00 and she had not heard from housekeeping yet on whether there were any rooms ready. I found it odd that housekeeping would wait until 3:00 to let them know when rooms were ready and that she couldn't call housekeeping and ask. We have never had an issue checking in 30 minutes early to any other hotel. Everything else was great!

Breakfast was mayhem with construction workers eating everything on the counter and we had to wait over half an hour for food to arrive!

Breakfast was very good. The room was amazing for the value Very spacious lots of channel options on the tv. Very comfortable and ac worked great.
