Close to the places we were visiting the beds always give a great night of rest and staff is always great.

For a handicapped room it didn’t have a pull down seat in the shower. The room could have been deep cleaned a bit better. It was surfaced clean but the corners, grout, and the baseboards were a bit dingy. The carpets were stained leaving it to appear unclean. We were in a pet designated room. The other biggest thing is the lack of lighting. The lamps were supposed to have a three way light choice and only one setting was available. It left the room to be very dark. The lack of usb plugs especially by the bedside???? The only ones available were at the desk. Price was a bit high for a simple room and for one night

Great staff. Clean big room, dark for sleeping, quiet, bed was great, we both slept with no wake ups. Staff was very helpful, there were no muffins and the young lady said she would be happy to go see and she brought some out. Very sweet and helpful. Breakfast time was close to the shutoff so she went out of her way. I took a card to remember to stay there again.

Easy access to Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Right on the main strip of Pauls Valley, so easy access to shops, restaurants and fuel. Pool and wifi available with plenty of parking at the hotel.

Sofa bed in Queens room (2 double beds and draw out bed) was very uncomfortable and needs to be changed.

The staff was so polite, the room was really clean & comfy. Breakfast was great & had a lot of options! There are a lot of food places nearby to eat even in walking distance. The pool was clean & inviting.

Better commute options such as Uber or a shuttle to/from the train station.

Clean area and friendly staff. Place smelled fresh on arrival and departure. Rooms a nice and big with enough space for even 4 people travelling together.

Getting to the hotel is a little tricky, you have to pay close attention. Otherwise, you will drive past the entrance. Places around the hotel close early.

Convenient and fair priced.

Scarcity of standard breakfast items as compared to other hotels was noted and coffee dispensed from a single serve coffee machine was not enjoyable. Easy fixes if management chooses to address them.

Lots of space in room for wheelchair/walker operation.

Had to ask for shower bench - should have been built into wheelchair access room shower. Curtain and floor drains did not prevent the bathroom from having standing water

Rooms were nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. They were mostly updated with quality materials on the floors and bathrooms.

Could update the rooms with USB capabilities. Other Best Westerns (Poteau, OK) has built-ins into the night stands. Ensure the refrigerators are balanced so they don’t wobble or feel like they’re going to tip over when opening them.

Will and his staff were excellent. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My son had to take the final exam for a live stream class and Will allowed us to use the conference room for a quiet place away from distractions. The pool was well maintained and the laundry was inexpensive and convenient.

I was nervous about stayingat a best Western property because a friend who travels a great deal for work does not use them because of bad experiences. I honestly could not find any problems to critique. The breakfast was excellent with more than enough variety.

It's a wonderful place to stay ,there was a mix up but they fixed it with no problem. I will be staying again
