Beautifully clean hotel. Smelled clean, carpets looked brand new. Front desk clerk was polishing door knobs. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options. Beds were super comfy and soft. Housekeeping came in and reset our room and bathroom btwn our 2 night stay. Dove soap and shampoo and lotion for bathroom amenities. Great tv channels. Very quiet hotel and neighborhood for it being on a busy highway. Everyone was very sweet, made us feel like friends of theirs. Beautifully decorated for Christmas in the lobby as well

Everything was great no complaints but the only thing was the bathroom sliding door didn’t shut all the way but no big deal because it was just family in our room.

Property was like it was brand new. Everything clean and tidy and in great working order, a great refresher after previously stayed in other HIE properties that don’t match this level and were disappointing. Staff were very helpful and welcoming especially Kelly, who tried everything to find me transport to where I was heading to. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection.

Good breakfast. Clean room and overall everything was well maintained. No complaints there.

Lady at the reception desk couldn't find my reservation for over ten minutes. I told her I had one and had made it several days ahead. I had a reservation number etc. I asked if I could get a room anyway, she said they were booked, but offered a room at a much higher price than I had reserved. After I told her "no worries" I'll just drive home. She said wait a minute, and finally found my reservation. I don't think she was trying to cheat me, but it was awkward.... I did get my room at the reserved rate, it just took a long time and polite persistence on my part.

The breakfast and sitting area was excellent with a combination of bars and tables.

There were thunderstorms during my stay. The power went off a couple of times overnight. It took a while to get Wi-fi rebooted and get the elevators working.

Great location 45 minutes outside of Ok. City. ALL OF THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY!! The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean! The breakfast had a lot to offer and was fresh and delicious!! A 10 all the way around!!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I really liked the remote controlled window shades that actually worked. (We stayed at a HIE in Searcy, AR last weekend and the same type of window treatments were manually controlled with chains and one chain was missing completely and none of them worked at all and we had rented their best suite. When we brought it to their attention they said the maintenance guy was off for the weekend but that they could call him in if we really wanted them to... felt like a guilt trip....so we couldn't darken the suite for our entire stay.) Anyway, the Purcell, OK HIE was top notch and I felt like a queen and slept beautifully! The whole place was so clean and the staff was super hospitable. (The Searcy, AR elevators were dirty the whole time with mud that had been tracked in by someone. It was never cleaned the whole weekend.) In contrast, the Purcell, OK elevators were clean even though we could have potentially messed them up ourselves because we were there for a wilderness search and rescue, but the Purcell, OK HIE had really nice boot cleaners just outside the front doors. I SUPER appreciated this amenity so I didn't end up with mud/dirt on the floors in my room because I like to go barefoot in my room I really liked having in-room coffee, microwave and frig.

It was all really great, but I would have preferred bacon instead of sausage and plain gravy instead of sausage gravy at breakfast. I also would have liked it if they offered bananas. The pool water was nice and clear (unlike the Searcy, AR pool) but pool noodles (like they had in Searcy, AR) would have been a welcome addition.

Clean room and friendly staff.

The upper floors didn’t feel well insulated and were hot. Someone tried to open my door at 2 am and woke me up. That’s not the hotel’s fault.

It is kept immaculate! The lobby and halls are white tile and never a spot. The rooms and clean and comfortable and staff are great.

All the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Rooms were spacious and clean. Mattress was very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast.

There was nothing we did not like

We loved the convenience of the hotel's location while we were traveling. The beds were super comfy and everything in the hotel was very clean, modern and fresh! Yummy breakfast too!
