Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's in a great location and I honestly underestimated it beforehand but good place to stay and affordable

Minor things. My room didn't have a coffee pot at first but staff brought a new one promptly. Main light was burned out but no big deal. No bathroom vent but again not a huge deal. Overall no deal breakers for me

One of the lights and the AC didn't work when we checked in but was rectified rather quickly.

Due to Covid restrictions breakfast not available. Ice machines not available.

Booking is a little unsure. Due to health issues I must have a first floor room. It is requested but not guaranteed and not refundable depending on what company you use for booking. I was told there would be no deposit if I used a debit card. The next time I was told a $100 deposit for incidentals. I'm not sure what that means as there is not room service, valet parking or food served.

Quiet and enjoyable

they say breakfast, but lobby locked. don't tell about no fresh towels, staff hides behind night window even tho 3.00 pm
