The staff was very helpful. There was a light shining in the room and there was no black out curtain, this combined with a family with young kids next door made sleeping impossible. The staff was very quick to give us a different room. They staff handled a situation out of their control quickly while also giving the young family grace. I was very impressed and pleased.

There was a light on the outside of the hotel that shines very brightly into the room and lights the room up significantly. When I went to draw the curtain, there was not blackout curtain or anything else that could have been drawn.

The Staff, room, bed, breakfast and location were very good. They let me check in early. I had missed my reservation at a Wyndham hotel in Fort Smith the previous night.

The blockout blinds would bind and I couldn't get them to go down. The staff let me check in early, for an additional charge for the room, which was facing a construction site with an excavator. I had spent the previous night in the Costco parking lot from a blown tire and hadn't slept for 28 hours. Also, there was an occasional sound of a large metal flexing that seemed to come from the roof.

Checking in was easy. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good but since there was nobody monitoring the area it became messy quickly with not enough clean tables to sit.

A patron was allowed to park his pickup truck and hitched trailer on 4 parking spaces towards the front right side of the hotel not allowing anyone else to park. He could’ve parked towards the back or on the side.

Janet at the desk went above and beyond when I checked in. It was a stressful long drive and she was very kind and helpful. Then in the am Sandra B literally saved an entire day of shooting a tv series by helping me print out my scripts for the crew. My printer I brought wouldn’t work abs she saved the DAY. I started crying I was so thankful. Then Pat was also extremely kind and helpful when yet another emergency happened. Trystan could take a few notes from the ladies. He can’t help it if his personality isn’t as awesome. I didn’t like his quick responses of no before I even finished my legit questions either. He needs to improve. It’s a huge change in tone and vibe also.

Location was close to I-35. Large grassy area for our dogs to roam. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet facility.

Breakfast needs improvement, limited choices. Coffee was terrible, full of grounds. People reported the coffee has been such all week. Fan in the bathroom was like a jet engine taking off. Extra cost for dogs was pricey.

Overall, the property was clean, in a great location, had decent breakfast, and the staff was beyond accommodating. There were ice machines on our floor so we didn’t have to go to different floors and the pool was nice.

The breakfast was nice, and the nearby locations were quite convenient. The room had some quite nice accommodations, although some could be improved.

The microwave in the room wasn't working, and the air conditioner might have been a bit loud during the night. Other than that, I can't think of much.

The breakfast was good and the staff member in charge checked on what was out—if anything was needed quite often. The staff was very friendly.

They were renovating so there was a lot of dust around. In their elevator, they had a sign that said our Dust will be constructing in the spring of 2023. I did update that 2024. They probably seen it so much they don’t even notice it has the wrong date.

The property was very clean. The pet deposit was satisfactory. It was a good price. The people they were very nice. I have family in Oklahoma and when I come back, I will be staying at that same hotel so thank you very much.

Love that they have hard flooring through out the room and the new shades block all the light! Bed and pillows were comfy and clean

They are still doing some remodeling so there is some construction. Occasional road noise from the interstate so I may have asked for a room on the backside had I thought of that
