Very clean and well kept. Breakfast had many yummy options.

No one was at the front desk when I arrived. I had to go looking for help. I needed an early check in and was granted that along with an extra $25 charge. The charge is minimal but from what I could tell, the hotel was mostly empty so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have had at least 1 room that didn’t have to be cleaned early.

Centrally located...easy access to all amenities

No daily maid service... cleanliness is suffering. Carpet is dingey. Booked 3 days and only 2 towels in room That's poor logistics and service. Seems a little high priced. But still liked it. Friendly.

The place was clean, we were able to get extra shower necessities from the counter at no additional cost. The breakfast was nice.

The pool was not heated, and while a sign mentioned a spa, there was not a spa. We booked this because of the indoor pool, assuming that the appropriate water temperature would go without question.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were concerned about seeing the WiFi password clearly. They made sure I knew where my room was. Beautiful room decorations.The room was very clean and comfortable.

I am short. That King-sized bed was tall! It was hard to get into.

Room was large, comfortable & clean. Staff was super nice and professional. The bed & pillows...so comfy!

The pool....it was not heated and freezing cold. The breakfast was kinda cold but it was really good once heated up a little.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay to check in 1hour early. There were no bars to hang wet towels on in the bathroom. There was no plug for the bathtub so you could take a bath

Very clean, comfy. Lady at the front desk was super nice! Breakfast was delicious as well.

Didn’t like that their ice machine was out of order & both soda machines were out of order also.

The breakfast was like most free breakfast. The eggs taste like powdered eggs, biscuits were cold, gravy was plain, the sausage tasted broiled. I didn’t pick the hotel for food but because it was close to where I was visiting.

I really like Stephanie at the front desk. She's always super nice. We love the big room and really comfy and clean.

The pool is a little small but not a huge deal.
