new facility, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, elevators very efficient, snack shop reasonably priced, convenient to downtown without downtown prices. lots of parking.

not in the upscale part of town (though we never felt unsafe), hot water intermittently out during our stay… would go from very hot to ice cold. never actually had a warm shower during the three nights we were there. Lobby restrooms out of order during our stay.

Clean and roomie

My car got hit in parking lot…the lady at front said they are not responsible but, she could send the video, that she looked at and saw it happen…come the day she said she would send it….NEVER HAPPENED, so the staff to me is dishonest

Breakfast was exceptional. Not the usual continental breakfast. They had scrambled eggs, sausages, and hash browns. They also had all the cereals, breads, juices, waffles, and yoghurts.

Alarm clock didn’t work.

I've chosen to stay here several times over the past several years, when visiting the Capitol complex. I found this hotel to be clean, friendly, low cost, and quiet for a hotel. My last visit gave me even more respect for this hotel. In my haste to get to a meeting the next morning, I checked out of the hotel leaving my billfold in the room. Two hours later the hotel called me that the cleaning ladies had found my billfold, and of course I was suspicious, but everything checked out and all my accounts were secured. I give high praises to the staff, for the trust worthy at this hotel and recommend it to my family and friends.

You cannot expect a great breakfast at a hotel when it is free. After saying that, I would have to say that there breakfast is considered average, and I would rate them a 4.5 out of 10 on their breakfast. This is the only area I can see where they can do some improvement. The location would be rated at 7 out of 10, but I stayed in worse locations. This area is sort of an industrial area, but is easy to get on and off the interstate, and its a straight shot up to the state capital complex.

Clean, friendly, spacious.

1 block away from a large homeless population living under an overpass. Several times I saw people walking around the parking lot looking into vehicles.

This was my first stay at a best western. I didn’t know what to expect but the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The location is right off the freeway and very close to downtown so it’s easily accessible to almost anywhere.

Honestly the only problem I had was the bathroom only had one washcloth. But that was it.

Clean and all staff were nice and polite.

Got in the shower and body wash container was empty. Breakfast bar was out of everything and the lady working there was rude and very disorganized. It was 8:00 and there weren’t that many people even there.

Room: King Room with Kitchenette, It's nice and spacious. There are multiple tables and chairs in the room. Live TV to catch up with NBA games. The location of the hotel. The hotel is close to many places in OKC.

This hotel is easy to get to, great value, especially for an overnight stay on the road, clean and quiet. The bathrooms and the bedroom and are fairly modern, and I spends a lot of time in hotels, I would stay here again.

If you come in late and find yourself hungry it is difficult to find a place to eat, close by. Be sure you stop and eat before you check in, it will make it more convenient for you.

Nice hote,l pretty quiet for being on highway and front desk was very nice.

We weren't impressed with the bed. I don't understand why hotels don't focus more on bed comfort. There was a thin quilted pad on it, but you could still feel the springs.
