The hospitality was some of the best I've ever experienced. The staff was happy to assist with any questions or concerns. We dealt mostly with Kierha, and she was amazing. We will definitely return. The only thing I would have changed is the water pressure in the shower. It was nice and hot, but it took a little bit longer to rinse the soap off. I'd still rate the stay an A+, however.

Was met by Kierah(?) upon checking in. She was very welcoming, helpful and fast. Outside of not having a hot tub, the facilities were very decent. Breakfast did not run out and met the needs of all visitors. Location was also very solid, away from the busiest areas with less than 10-15 minutes travel times to anywhere.

No hot tub, really about it.

The desk clerk, Sammy, was a dream. We were in town to visit out great nephew and great niece, 5& 3, it was their birthday. We asked Sammy if it would be allowed if they swim, she said of course. They swam, we went back to our suite and had birthday cupcakes and presents 🎁 they had a blast. The next morning. My daughter and my g-daugter came and were invited to join us for your amazing breakfast bar, what a selection! Everything was fresh and hot.and super clean and stocked with all yummy breakfast goodies. I would like to say a very special thank you for allowing us to check out late which let the granddaughter swim an hour extra. Thank you for making our stay an absolute pleasure!

The carpet throughout the ground floor, in rooms and hall needs replacing, looks out of date and dirty. The fold out sofa in our suite had stains all over it. The upholstery needs clean. Also the bathroom vent was covered in dust, my husband cleaned it off himself. Also as I am unfamiliar with the area this Hampton by Hilton was in a questionable neighborhood. So glad the pool was indoor and we were able to park infront of our room windows.

Absolutely loved the spa tub and how large the room was! Another thing I kept gushing over was how amazing the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel smelled. Breakfast was decent, better than most hotels I have been to with a wider variety of items. Everything was very clean and homey. The pool is nice. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

Bed could've been a little more comfortable but was sufficient. Only complaints on the room were that it wasn't as quiet as I would've liked from the neighboring rooms, the bathroom door also stuck and one of our card keys quit working on the first day (as did the replacement). The front desk staff wasn't there as often as I expected so we couldn't ask questions other than at check in. This place could use more luggage carts-- we only saw one in the lobby the entire time we were there which made checking out a little more difficult.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The young man at the front desk did your company good. Moe was his name. We were especially thankful for the dining flyer. The breakfast was better than most.

The plastic toilet seat. This ole lady in the middle of the night about went flying when the seat slid sideways. Excitement! chuckles!!

The hotel was super clean and staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable.

We got a room with a jacuzzi tub. The jets didn’t work and the water in the shower and tub kept going off and getting cold. We took our kids to the pool area. The pool was clean and nice. However, there was no ventilation and it was extremely hot in there and hard to breathe. We let staff know about our issues and they were very helpful and just all around amazing.

Breakfast was great with various choices of food and drinks. The room was very comfortable. Bathroom and towels clean/sanitary. Also had mini fridge, microwave bar sink and coffee maker. Wonderful room! Parking lot was clean and we felt safe.

The food was good the people was really nice and caring the tea was good

The shower walls had hair on some of the places the handicap seat on the bottom had hair on it and wasn't cleaned shower head need to be cleaned

Good breakfast. Great location for all my needs. Close to hospital and wheelchair friendly.

The location was good for our purposes. The room was clean and laid out well. The employees were friendly and helpful.

The body wash dispenser did not work. Lotion was poor quality.
