The front desk manager was amazing and personable. There was a whole on the bathroom wall, but I did notice other rooms being renovated on the property. So we weren't bothered too much but they. The overall place was clean and the Jacuzzi tub was nice. Also, they are awesome about our service animal . Thank you to the great staff who were very good and helpful.

The area wasn't great, but I didn't feel unsafe in the lot or the building and quite frankly, I did choose the location, because it was cheap, clean and near where I needed to be.

Property manager is nice!! Cleaning ladies are very nice and cool!! They are very helpful & friendly!!!

The other office staff not so nice!! Just rude. Treat everybody like they are some thug or homeless off the streets. And me and my family aren't that!! Just needed a place to stay after our home lease expired Just until we find a new house to move into!

Our next door neighbor was having druggie traffic in and out all night which kept us awake and also worried to even go outside

I liked the bed which was very comfortable, and the shower was very nice as well. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was in working order, to the best of my knowledge...because I never turned on the television.

Just a few rather trivial things, actually. I was disappointed in the coffee maker. It didn't seem to be a very effective maker based soully on appearance, so I didn't even try using it. It might have worked just fine, but I just didn't trust that it was capable of making a good cup of coffee. Thankfully, there was an IHOP not too far away. Like I said though...I feel this is very trivial.

Was very clean when we came in housekeeping is very nice no problem at all with having my dog, and the pet fee isn't bad at all staff is very nice as well

Overall not bad, but lots of dust and Cobb Webs in the high areas. Just figured that would have been addressed during cleaning.
