Perfect location and comfortable room

Poorest breakfast in the world, served on paper plates with plastic forks. Absolutely no vegetables. Housekeeping needs tips prior to provide service. If you leave no tips in the room you will not be properly served - only towels changing, but no amenities refill, bed service, nothing. Staff refused to provide the receipt for the booking made through booking.com

Very nice hotel!! Large room, but the toliet paper was low to begin with. No hair dryer in the room, you have to ring the front desk and the in-room phone didn't work!! Sent the kiddo to fetch it!! All worked out. The indoor pool is only open till 10pm, so late night swims are out. Opens at 10am so early morning swims are out as well!!

All the staff were amazing and it was a good price for a large space. Loads of restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast was good though and the staff there and at reception were just great.

The room was a bit dated. We went with several grandkids and maybe got a room that is saved for that. The sofa was a bit stained and we were down with other families with lots of kids. The pool is a bit on the small side with a lot of people and of course the hot tub was out of order. Really, nothing too bad it was a very busy weekend and lots of families had the same idea to go there.

The first room they gave us we went in and the beds were stripped down and the floor was vacuumed so they put us in a different room. Much better but the bathroom light flickered when you turned it on. Overall it was a very nice place. We survived thru it and the breakfast was very good. Would stay there again.

The staff was so kind and helpful, especially the kitchen staff with my small niece and making her a pancake when it wasn't on the menu for the day.

Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy were amazing and staff were very attentive to refilling items.

Fruit options could have been better and had more variety. They had tea bags and hot chocolate but no hot water machine/pot.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. The pool and hot tub were a little dated, and the chlorine was a bit much, but it was nice.

My granddaughter slept on the pullout couch the first night. And broke out in hives. Second night she slept with me and was fine.

The staff Booking.com messed my reservation up and the staff fixed it

We had multiple hairs in shower and stains on love seat breakfast was not that great

Hot breakfast was great, well stocked and clean.

There was not any apple juice and it would have been nice to have ice available to chill the juice.
