The staff was over and beyond friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean. I liked how quickly I was placed in a room on first floor per my request. Very easy check in and out, I wish all hotels were as pleasant as this one. The air conditioning worked very well, which is normally the first thing I check.

I did not like that there was only one soap. We needed at least 2. The remote control batteries were low and not working well, so we could not change the television channel at all. Maybe make sure all the remotes work in the future. Also there was a light bulb out or not working, so the room was kind of dark, but it was no biggie.

At first I had to find the door but was good location. Staff super nice and helpful.

That one night there were students vapeing in the hall and one yelling at them from the room to go to bed and they just were laughing. Then my boyfriend said one morning smelled like weed. But other than nothing was wrong.

The room was clean and spacious for a budget hotel. There was an ice machine in the lobby and vending machines.

The parking lot spaces are too close together to comfortably get in and out of the car. The check in process was uncomfortable and the staff was not polite.

I like how clean, very nice, staff was helpful. The price was very good. I would stay in the motel again.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the and I would have put the door to open towards the beds not the entrance door. No Kleenex in the room at all. These were few items that need to let you be aware of right away.

The Norman, OK location has been and is still the most clean and comfortable Motel 6 I've ever encountered. I'm glad it's berm kept clean since it's opening.

My only complaint is them not having enough towels and washcloths. I'm not sure why they didn't have enough. We stayed for 4 nights and needed to replace linen and went numerous times to check if any towels and washcloths were available and the last couple of days they were not😡😡

At least a coffee station or coffee pot would be nice inside the room when there’s no breakfast provided although there is a Dunkin Donuts about 5 minutes away.

Very clean, affordable, fridge and microwave in room, great for someone with asthma and allergies as is a clean new property, but they do allow pets and people smoke and prop open the side entrance door, they have vending and laundry but had no soap, thoroughly enjoyed my stay but be forewarned if you are a bath person the tub is quite small and ungainly to exit

Staff was friendly and helpful, room had what you needed and was clean. The hallways and such were in need of vacuuming, but overall had what you needed for a nights rest at a reasonable price.

The location was perfect because we traveled for a basketball tournament. The safety was wonderful. Customer service was 10/10. Everything was very clean.

The smell in the room were bad. Smells like someone was smoking there before.

No breakfast offered

TV was disconnected and blinds were broken and I couldn’t close blinds. Maintenance fix wires TV but could not fix blinds until next day. I would still recommend it to others as great location and clean room.
