Everything was what we expected, have stayed there before and plan on making it the main place we stay each time we visit Norman, OK.

Problem had was a light bulb was out and mentioned it couple time to front desk, but it wasn't replaced. Wasn't a serious problem, but just an annoyance because it sat next to the sofa. The other problem was the breakfast, first morning we stayed there. No orange or apple juice, many of the food items was very minimal, (bread, bagel, etc.) and had to tell them no pancake batter was there. Second morning was better, appears that their supplies arrived for the second day.

Location is great..close to restaurants, shops, about 10-15 to OU. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Staff is friendly. Digital cmheck-in, check-out, and keys with app. My husband said the breakfast selection was good & tested it out both mornings. Easy parking Easy in and out.

The beds in our room had squeaky springs- a very minor irritation. The a/c was the old school by the window and although on continuous fan it would cycle. Cool off, get almost too warm, cool off, get warm, which made it a little hard to sleep but it wasn't terrible.

The staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

The choices for breakfast were not good. Only bread to toast. Sausage was turkey and not pork as labeled. Eggs seem to be fake. It seemed to be all unhealthy choices. Yogurt was also high in sugar. There was no diet choices for soda in snack bar. We walked next door to Marriott to buy some.

Breakfast was terrible on all days. Juice machine was usually out of product. Eggs were always cold and watery. Did not have whole milk. Would only let TV in eating area be on the Weather Channel. For these reasons probably will not stay there again.

I was very sick and had to check out sooner than expected. The beds were comfortable when I did sleep.

They only refunded one night of the three I was supposed to stay. I only stayed one night. I was disappointed they didn't prorate the second night as I left at 7 pm.

The location was great and easy to get to. It was across the street from the venue we were there for. Everything was clean and tidy and in great shape and everything worked as it should.

The breakfast was not that good. Was that really sausage? Also the sheet on the bed seemed like it might be for a full size and not a queen.

I love this property’s location. It was perfect for a weekend visit to OU. The room was well appointed and very comfortable

At the time of our stay, they had just opened. This isn’t a dislike just an observation…some of the finishing touches, such as caulking, still needed to be done.

Very clean, staff were helpful. We came in for the language fair at OU. This will be our hotel for every year. My kids loved watching the airplanes take off through our room window. We had a blast!

Walk in shower. Very clean room. Staff texted and checked everything was fine and asked if I needed anything about 30 minutes after I got to my room.
