Location!!

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, however made a mistake checking us in, and gave us a room “Belonging” to another reservation… The staff quickly noticed the issue and corrected this, however it involved refunding the first credit card charge and then re-swiping the card again for the “new” room, etc….less than 30 minutes to correct the issue….

Very nice and clean hotel. Comfortable beds and soft pillows. Everyday housekeeping. Very good buffet breakfast. Restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

THE STAFF!!! the night desk clerk the night we stayed which was March 2, 2023. She was amazing. she was so welcoming and made sure that everything we needed was there. And let us know that we could call her at any time if we found anything that we just liked or anything that we needed. She also went out of her way , when we ordered DoorDash to make sure that the whole thing was a safe transaction. T are he lady who worked during the day and the food that morning the next morning on 3 March she was also amazing. I love the tile in the bathroom floor. The bathtub and walls that everything was so sparkly and shiny and new everything is just beautiful.

for my taste, the beds could’ve been a tad softer.

Great location for our needs. Large, comfortable room. Extra cabinets and sink by the mini kitchen were great. It's wonderful to have a table with chairs in the room!

We were trading shifts sitting with family at a local hospital. We kept the do not disturb sign on the door. Despite this someone opened the door to come in! Why?

Remarkably good. Jackie made sure every guest had what they needed, and liked what they had. She clearly was making an effort to make the generic food be as fresh, hot, and tasty as possible.

Strong carpet cleaner smells in the hallways.

The whole staff was wonderful and the stay was good.

The only problem was there was a strange smell in our room. It got better after they vacuumed and cleaned the room. I just wish we had asked them to do so sooner.

it was very clean. complementary breakfast was delicious.

i had to make some changes to our hotel rooms but when I tried on the app it wouldn’t let me so I called the hotel and told them and the receptionist told me she could take care of it. when I got to the hotel they said they saw no notation regarding the changes and they could do nothing about it. after talking to them and then talking to their manager they said they would do it this one time as a one time curtesy. I don’t believe this was a courtesy, your employee didn’t know how to do their job so I believe it was a must to get it done for us.

It was as expected. Clean room and well lit parking lot. The only thing that bothered me was there was no hair dryer in the room, and with expecting there would be, I didn't bring one.

It was a very clean and nice place as well as all the staff very nice and friendly people.

My neighbors were very loud and yelling throughout the whole night had to call the front desk and complain.

The clean bathroom, breakfast selection, &,decor.

I was attempting to use heater vs. cooler; however, it didn't work. Cold air blew the night and made for am uncomfortable sleep. Request closer room to front parking.. Didn't receive
