The front desk associates Chase, Sydney and Janae were excellent very friendly always checked when we walked by if we needed anything. The maintenance guy James was very friendly and addressed the issues with the AC unit. The lady who was responsible for the breakfast was very friendly but I forgot her name. The hotel is great. It was right off the interstate, rooms McLean and overall hotel was very clean.

I feel that the breakfast could’ve had more varieties like fruit, not just gravy and biscuits. They should offer either sausage or bacon with the eggs. In addition, I didn’t know that they had yogurt because it was in the refrigerator which wasn’t close to where the granola to mix with the yogurt was.

The breakfast was satisfying and sufficient. Plenty of variety and nutrition. Very spacious and clean; the dining area was very well kept and supplied. The staff was very friendly and mindful of patrons needs. The location was absolutely perfect for our trip, being walking distance to the Norman Regional Hospital. The area also seemed to be quite convenient to many great restaurants and not far from several attractions.

The circumstances for our trip were not ideal for our enjoyment, but even with the stress and duress of the occasion staff and managements pleasant and caring demeanor seemed to help ease the strain.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Enjoyed the available on-demand movies / TV shows. Breakfast was great overall. Liked the cheese, green salsa and red salsa options for my eggs. Nice topping options for oatmeal.

RE Breakfast: Sausage was okay; it would have been better if browned. Maple Syrup had terrible incredients -- would prefer real maple syrup option. Ice machine on our floor was broken; but wasn't too difficult to go down a floor to get ice.

Check-in with gentleman named Taylor was quick and easy. Room was very nice; breakfast was good. Facilities were very nice, with several common areas where we were able to visit with extended family. While at the hotel, I lost my new iPhone 15 and both the cook who was making breakfast (sorry, I forgot to ask her name) and the front desk clerk, a woman named Taylor (not the same person who checked us in) went out of their way to help me retrieve the phone. After it was found, Taylor even shared with me several ways people have "tracked" their phones, and I now have a new way of keeping up with my phone! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you, very much.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, iron and hairdryer in the room. The free morning breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits & gravy, waffles and oatmeal. There was a yogurt bar, cereal station, assorted individually wrapped pastries, juice, coffee and some fresh fruit. The hotel staff was very friendly, competent and helpful.

Low shower pressure, but that's what most hotels have these days. I'm pretty sure there were flying monkeys in room above me on the last night...not the hotels fault!

Great location, right near I-35. It's next to the Hospital so I guess it's convenient if you have family there. The hotel was clean and modern with fresh feel to it. I didn't stay long (arrived late and left relatively early) but breakfast was good - nice selection of options. The guy on reception was very friendly when I checked in. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, shower was hot. It was exactly what I needed.

Comfortable newer hotel. Friendly staff. Large room with comfortable beds & pillows. Sunlit lobby & breakfast room with a spread of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits & gravy. Cereals, oatmeal, yogurt & granola add ins, coffee, juice & water. Breads for toast & a waffle station. Cozy spots to tuck away for conversation and work. Games available from the front desk. Great location near airport, Oklahoma City & surrounding area.

Clean rooms yet I was unlucky with a very hairy bathroom floor. Walls are very thin, earplugs recommended for light sleepers.

Location, breakfast, friendly staff

I was disappointed the pool was not open, mainly because I called the motel and a nice woman told me it would be open Memorial Day weekend. There was a chance my granddaughter would like to swim as she visited us at the motel. Possibly not, but I wish I had been told it might not be ready. I did not know the only pool was outside.

Breakfast was good but their coffee maker wasn't working. Nice location, seemed fairly new. Friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed.

They should have had a back up coffee maker. We had to go buy our coffee elsewhere which took extra time. Also, when we arrived, there was a man sleeping while sitting at a table close to the front desk. Seemed a bit odd that he had his head down sleeping and it wasn't late, only about 9:30 or so.

I just had outpatient surgery. I was still under the influence of anesthesia Chase D. Crystal W. Helping me get in a room Ive never felt so cared for my wife also. Natalo helped us in the kitchen. When it really mattered this was the greatest stay cleanest thank you. And please thank your staff my wife and I are so Wyndham people always. Stone Hill Norman is the greatest
