Loved the hotel décor and our room. Loved that no old carpet, clean and modern. Loved the bar and finally a good wine list. Loved the food in the restaurant. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and my husband loved the gym, used it every day. Staff in both the 2nd floor bar and down stairs were very kind and fun!

I didn't like that there was not a coffee pot in our room. Not a fan of espresso! I hated the lack of a door on the Shower although the shower is beautiful not able to get warm. I wish there was a way to obtain smaller portions in the restaurant OR put a micro wave in our room so that the left overs are not wasted.

The hotel's comfort and proximity to the university were commendable. The staff exhibited exceptional hospitality, with special thanks to Tony for his attentive service despite our late arrival. Breakfast at The Supper Club was delightful, featuring standout dishes such as avocado toast and eggs benedict. The Lavazza latte was an exquisite touch. Dinner offerings like the Burrata Bruschetta and Fish and Chips were exceptional, with the tartar sauce being a highlight. The state-of-the-art fitness center was a notable amenity, providing excellent facilities for guests.

Given the nightly rate and the exclusion of breakfast, the overall expense felt excessive. Service at the restaurant was slow. Seared Salmon fell short of expectations, yet overly priced. the restaurant's pricing appeared disproportionately high. A more balanced pricing structure would enhance the overall experience.

Beautiful decor, clean and modern with a grand lobby. Free parking, if your lucky to get a spot. Very comfy bed and I was able to control the room temperature well. Very well organized room, simple and relaxing colors. Kind staff, and the room felt very secure with two different types of locks inside. I felt very comfortable here and it was clean for the most part with plenty of towels and toiletries.

Coffee/espresso machine was broken and leaked water everywhere as soon as i poured water into the back so i had no hot water or coffee. Study desk was not cleaned so there was cup rings and dust all over it. Trash bags had not been placed into the bins and were just next to the bins. Very loud music and drums until 11pm. Shower door didnt prevent water from splashing out onto floor. Wish they had a little shop or pantry downstairs to purchase things like tylenol and tums, really needed some at night but wasnt available

Location was great. Facility beautiful and the decor was impressive. Large rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean.

Lighting in our room was extremely inadequate. Difficult to apply make up in morning when dressing. Maybe a make-up mirror in bathroom would help. Tried to eat on Friday morning but was only offered small menu or grab and go so we went someplace else. Ate in the restaurant on Saturday and had a brand new waitress and unfortunately took all over 1 hour to order and receive our food. Could use some help in this area. Very sweet, nice employees but could improve service.

Sink drain stop was stuck when we got there so water from sink didn’t drain. Also to charge $10 to park my own car in parking lot is ridiculous. And telling me to park in back when there is plenty of parking right in front.

The property is impeccable. The rooms are clean and fresh and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are all so relaxed, friendly and helpful. Top notch professionals. The lobby has little nooks are crannies that allow for private conversation, a spacious open restaurant and bar with great food and drinks. Up the grand staircase is a great bar with a huge outdoor patio. The Noun is a gem. I almost regret telling y’all about it.

It was perfect!

Location, location, location. Well maintained property with friendly staff. I would like to recognize Tony and Jasmine (late night front desk) for their outstanding customer service. My wife was hungry and all local restaurants were closed at 11:15 PM on a Monday, so Tony disappeared for a few minutes and reappeared with a small plate full of snacks. His willingness to go above and beyond for my wife turned a great stay into an exceptional stay.

So new and clean. Lovely lobby and bar/restaurant. Room was very clean and relaxing. Very relaxing and inviting decor.

The price is a little high but the overall stay was nice so it’s worth it. The pillows were a little flat even put together, but just not my style of pillow. Other guests. might be great with them.

Loved location to campus, loved design of rooms, Loved how quiet it was. Room was very clean. Location and niceness of hotel were the biggest pluses. Loved the keurig in the room.

No gym which was a bummer because it was so hot. No facilities. I was told there would be grab and go items for breakfast for weekdays and they listed off a bunch of options but it was a box of granola bars only. That was a disappointment just because of our time constraints.

This hotel was great. The lobby smelled so good walking in and the rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant had really good food and drinks and the staff was very friendly. It was just a short walk to OU. We would definitely stay here again.
