The gentleman who greeted us is so very pleasant. We had the key in five minutes. The foyer is small but welcoming and the dining space is clean

We have stayed in the same room three times now, 113, and the roll in shower needs to be replaced ASAP. I have commented on it before, but need to say it could actually be a hazard to someone who is in a wheelchair. The floor is cracked and the fold-down shower seat is broken and virtually unusable. The vinyl on it is torn open and the apparatus is rusted underneath. Water runs out into the bathroom floor and makes a pond. I really feel this situation is unsafe ! 😳

The location was nice because it was behind some other buildings. The jacuzzi tub in our room was really nice and felt great. The beds were comfy as were the pillows.

The breakfast in the morning was very disappointing. The biscuits were hard as heck, the sausage patties were disgusting, the eggs were cold, the gravy was grainy, and the only good thing was the waffle I made. Most of the staff were very quiet towards us and did not acknowledge us very often.

Breakfast was adequate - the usual fare. The dining room was large, clean and easily accessible. The walk in shower was a plus for us and the bathroom was a good size. The room was quiet and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was truly pleasant and welcoming. I believe he was there the first time we stayed at this hotel. the hotel is less than 5 minutes off the Interstate.

The roll in shower needed some maintenance and, possibly, repair. It was perfectly serviceable, but had some issues, including the pull down seat.

The hotel was very clean and the furnishings were modern. Our room faced the highway which we thought would be loud from road noise. It was not. It was very quiet overnight. The bed was comfortable and even though it's a small detail, the bedside lamps had outlets in the bases so no searching for a place to plug in electronics. The owner of the hotel checked us in and was very nice and accommodating.

Hotel was better than expected based on some reviews we had read. Actually intended to book another hotel but booked this one by mistake. Pleasantly surprised. The room was clean (with one exception) and A/C worked fine. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was adequate and had more offerings than expected.

There was a bar of soap left in the shower. The rest of the bathroom and the room itself was very clean.

Everything great except the parking

Two long vehicles were allowed to park lengthwise, taking up 5-6 spaces each on a very busy football weekend. Aloud this is the first time I’ve known this hotel to jack up prices on a football weekend.

The hotel staff was absolutely awesome. Breakfast was good and the property was clean.

My key card didn’t work on all the doors, and my door had to be shut a certain way to latch, but the manager (whom was in the middle of another job down the hall when I mentioned it) stopped to check it out and fix it immediately for us.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate. The property itself is well maintained and the room was clean and appointed with the most important amenities. Breakfast was a nice selection of options.

Pleasant, comfortable stay. The breakfast was better than I expected. Comfortable bed & linens, good water pressure.

Front desk receptionist was great - efficient, helpful, respectful. The bed was comfortable. The desk and chair were good for using a computer. Plenty of electrical outlets. The yogurt, fruit, juices, breakfast was very good - omelets, sausage patties, waffle maker, good coffee, breads, muffins, bagels. Good location close to freeway, gas stations,
