Great biscuits and gravy! Also a waffle machine and orange juice. There's a pool with a hot tub as well! Iron had a steaming feature that worked well.

Internet usage at night was unusable. Would kick you off after 10 minutes, extremely slow. Was forced to keep entering in password again and again. Had to wait until morning to download offline Google Maps as surrounding areas had limited reception. Would definitely recommend a hotspot or just use your phone at night. Also, room coffee machine was strangely placed in the bathroom next to the toilet. Did not try it for health reasons. The coffee at breakfast was more than adequate.

It was a very good value as it was just a step below a Holiday Inn Express or Best Western and the cost was about two steps lower. The breakfast was every bit as good as you get at those other hotels and they had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and Direct TV in the room. It was very quiet the night of my stay. It exceeded my expectations.

I could tell the walls were pretty thin, but it was not a problem during my stay as the guests in surrounding rooms were quiet. I note this because the room A/C unit could not be set for the fan to run continuously. If you’re a light sleeper and like to have the fan noise, this hotel might not be the best option for you.

Location is excellent and easy to find/access. Staff is excellent and very friendly...even the cleaning staff smiled and said hello to us. Room was clean. Bathroom & bed were clean and comfortable. Nice, spacious area for breakfast with a lot of variety to eat. Did not use the pool but it looked clean and we liked the fact that there is space around the pool with tables, etc.

The only thing we didn't like were the "eggs" - it seemed pretty obvious that they were an instant egg mix of some sort. Not very tasty, a bit on the rubbery tough side. Ended up throwing most of what we took away - pretty unpalatable.

Very clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. Microwave, fridge and TV in the room. Complimentary breakfast. Guest laundry room. Pool and spa. Free parking. Wifi. Terrific staff- very professional, warm and helpful. Less than a five minute drive to a Safeway supermarket and the Pine Room restaurant for dinner for superb food and service.

The coffee machine is on the bathroom sink. I don't generally mix bathroom and cooking activities.

Very nice, well run hotel. Facilities are well kept, lots of charm and beautiful rustic type decor. My room was as nice size and bed was very comfortable. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but I looked into the pool area and it was clean and looked inviting. Breakfast included hot food, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage and many other warm and cold selections. Breakfast room was decent size and well decorated.

Heather at check in was wonderful! She was very friendly and welcoming and offered very helpful information for our stay without us having to ask. Good breakfast.

We stopped by the best western rory & ryan Inn to find out we were at the wrong hotel and there are 2 hotels with the same name. Would be easier if one was named Rory and the other Ryan to eliminate confusion.

Good quality hotel well cared for. Large well decorated room and tidy furniture. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool. Would use again.

Let down by breakfast service. Good "motel" selection but let down by staff member who did not keep it replenished with basics. Limited availability for many guests on basics - bread, yoghurt, eggs.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool/jacuzzi area. The breakfast service was complete.

We stayed two days and didn't have maid service. We didn't mind saving water and having the same towels, but we would have liked having the bed made. Some of the outlets in our room didn't work.

Bed was very comfortable.. Breakfast was in luded and very good. Only stayed one night...too tired to use the heayed pool and hot tub...everything was very clean and well maintained. Has a nice refrigerator.

Pillows were too high, gave me a crick in the neck. Would also have appreciated additional blankets in the room.

We have stayed here two times now and the place and staff have always been exceptional! A very comfortable place to stay in between Crater National Park and Idaho Falls after a long drive. The staff are always very nice and helpful. Late check-ins are always allowed and the breakfast is very nice.
