Beds and sheets were comfy - maybe memory foam. AC worked great, cookies when we checked in, breakfast was amazing - thick cut bacon, yummy gravy and biscuits and eggs, plus all the other things. Walkable to grocery store and restaurant. Staff was very friendly and a accommodated our 1st floor request (because no elevator and 10 days of road trip stuff) Breakfast staff kindly let me use her key to get into my room when I locked myself out. Pool was cool and hot tub warm :)

First off the breakfast was AWESOME!!! Saved me $80 easy just on that for the two of us for 2 mornings. The bed was really too small...it was a full....not a queen. I'm 6ft 235. And my poor wife didn't get much room. The rooms were very clean and nicely arranged. The shower was ok....soap sucked but 99% of hotels have crappy soap. Wish all hotels would install hand held shower heads....that way the crummy low pressure wouldn't be such an issue when rinsing. Now my REAL ONLY COMPLAINT.....the toilet is basically the height for a toddler and the bowl was full to about 2 inches of the rim.....and that always creates a COLD HELLO for us old guys.....if you catch my drift. Please install some high rise toilets !!!!

Great location for the area, staff was friendly, nice breakfast, rooms were updated and clean. This is the 2nd time we stayed here on a road trip. I would stay again.

Lakeview is not a destination for us, just a stop over as there isnt many choices within 100 miles. Restaurants in the area are so so. Safeway is nearby but twice now I've had odd interaction with people in Lakeview.

Property felt safe and was well lit. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was actually excellent and the dining area was immaculate. Fresh cookies in lobby was a nice touch.

Had to lug all of my stuff upstairs (no elevator). Parking lot is cramped. Heating unit in room would loudly buzz, waking me up multiple times throughout the night. Rate is too high for area.

Remarkably quiet even though on highway. Clean and comfortable. Adequate number of chairs for two and some good light. Best part was staff person. Very helpful and willing to make extra effort to make our stay comfortable. Definitely go to Bistro 395 for dinner as recommended. Would stay again if traveling this route again. Must book in advance as this place fills up.

Is a basic motel room and a bit cramped. Grab bar in shower/tub is on wrong side. Only of use if you are exiting into the toilet! Nice chair under bright light but only place to put anything from chair is a bed. Not deal breakers.

Our room was very large with lots of room for luggage and 2 queen beds. We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioner worked well to keep the room cool despite 99 degree weather. The breakfast included good scrambled eggs, sausage patties and hash as well as cereal and DIY waffles. And the coffee was quite good. The location at the intersection of 395 and 140 could have been noisy but was not even though our ground floor room faced that intersection. The refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. The beds were very comfortable.

The shower/toilet room was very small. The pillows are standard Best Western memory foam pillows which I do not find comfortable.

Breakfast was awesome. Definitely one of the better BW spreads. Cookies, too. Can't beat the location. Coffee place literally across the street was really tasty. Cowboy museum next door was nice, and available after hours.

Despite recent remodeling, our 1st floor room was cramped and small, and the shower had low ceilings that made things seem extra claustrophobic. Parking lot was tight. Needed to park (with a small trailer) on the street. Also had some challenges getting someone's attention to check in.

Great breakfast. Really good sausages and gravy.

After traveling 6 hours we picked this particular hotel for the jacuzzi because of sore backs. We went there and it was broke down. The pool worked but was very un-inviting. The water didn’t looked clear. Also the desk person didn’t even stand up, was sitting on a chair and the desk was a mess.

Most everything great. Very nice and helpful at front desk. Flowers smelled amazing outside.

I thought mattresses too hard. My husband didn’t mind. Good breakfast but gravy was totally empty half hour before done.

We enjoyed the jacuzzi. Breakfast was good. only negative was that we were on the second floor and had to climb the stairs with our luggage. I should have requested a first floor room but usually there is an elevator so I didn’t about it. My husband is 83 and has trouble walking. i fell the day before and also having walking problems. Everything else was good.
