The front desk agent was friendly and accommodating, she had a relaxed vibe as if speaking to an old friend. The front office is very calming, surrounding with very happy and well taken care of plants, very welcoming. The vibe at the property was very serene and relaxed, even quieter than I expected with the location being by a main road. The room we got was very nostalgic , yet very modern and updated. It had the feel of a small cottage by a lake, with soft pillow top beds and fluffy pillows and very well kept quilts, a full sized fridge and tea/coffee pot, soft oil paintings and cutesy decor. The bathroom was equipped with a lush shower, very niche wall hanger for the towels and even dual sinks with vanity mirrors. I wish I had taken time to take more photos. I enjoyed my stay, and found myself not wanting to leave. I will be staying here again on my next visit, I highly recommend.

This is a great location in Oakridge, convenient for a weekend of hiking. Even though it's on the main road, our room was quiet. I also think the value of what we paid for the price was also good. And the people who work here are nice. I would probably stay here again.

We didn't get the room we booked. I'm not sure if that's the motel's fault or Booking.com's fault. But it was a little disappointing to pick a room that said it had a table and chairs for dining (and included pictures on here of those items) and then be told at the motel that they don't offer them. So we had a kitchenette, but nowhere to sit and eat other than the beds. It made it kind of awkward. The room also could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom.

The Arbor Inn Motel is in a small town so this motel fit the bill. The motel's rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Shower water hot. There was a kitchenette, however we didn't use as we ventured out to a local pub/brewhouse (the 3 Legged Crane). The lady at the front desk was SUPER helpful. I needed a new battery for my key fob, and she picked up for me. Of course I reimbursed her, however she was so kind to include in her errands.

We were able to make our own breakfast on a full range , in sidekick with a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was extremely clean and well place. Very accommodating fridge and freezer!

The shower water temperature did not get hot around 9pm , but did for a few moments around 5am. Just an odd note - but really no complaints!!!! The front desk host was absolutely fantastic, efficient and full of relevant information. Thank you!!

the people were very nice and considerate. the room was comfortable but small and the room was clean.

parking was a bit challenging since all cars parked diagonally inward but when leaving you needed to back up and drive out the opposite direction and the space was limited in the drive area. never experienced any trouble leaving though so it wasn't a bother.

It was so cozy and clean and having a kitchen to prepare meals in plus a full fridge made it feel like home away from home. The staff is exceptional and so accommodating in every way. The beds are absolute heaven on earth with nice clean linens and blankets. Can’t say enough good things about how much we loved our stay!! We will be back😊

Generally very clean rooms and fun decor. Good location. Friendly staff. It was pretty cool to have a recliner in my hotel room! I would stay here again.

It would have been nice if kitchen had had a frying pan among its collection of provided dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Was hoping for something easy to make eggs for breakfast in that they wouldn't stick to. Normally, we'd have our own along, but it was a trip we flew out for.

Wonderful staff and very clean room. Soft comfortable bed and newer tv and fridge. Cute bear paintings and wood bed tables and headboard. Lots of birds and a place to walk by river next to the property. Close to grocery store if you need to grab food and snacks for your room. All and all a great little place and nature and parks all around and close by drives.

There is a little noise from cars driving by so if you’re a light sleeper it couple affect you.

Clean, friendly, comfortable, quiet at night. I had a small kitchenette with cookware and a fridge. Very satisfied.

Just off the hwy,.so there is highway noise, but it was all quiet late at night. The bathroom fan was very loud, but otherwise I have no complaints!

Very clean rooms. Park right in front of your door. A/C blows cold. Staff is wonderful. The place is under renovation so more good things are coming

The bed was too soft for me. No night stand on the right side of the bed. Plug-ins too far away from right side of bed. My wife and I use CPAP so having a night stand on both sides and convenient plug-ins are a must. The parking is tight for a long wheel base truck.
