Breakfast was great... I had a fresh waffle and Greek yogurt. Room was fine.

I got constant texts! First, I got 2 different texts asking me if I wanted to check in hours before we even arrived at the hotel! Then I kept getting texts after we arrived. How was this... how was that?! Then I woke up to texts asking if I wanted to have a later checkout time. After we checked out they still kept texting me about stupid things.... I finally blocked the number. Oh, and in the middle of the night I got up to go to the bathroom and saw a paper slid under the door. No, I don't want to join your little points club...

Clean and quiet

A young man ( employee) came in the breakfast room as another guest was just getting there for his breakfast. The young man started pulling all items, turning off appliances, pulling food items while the lady ( employee) let the other guest know there was 4 minutes left of breakfast time. Juice machine turned off, breads pulled. 4 minutes is 4 minutes. On a Sunday morning a lot of people don’t start they day as early, especially after a late start football game as I imagine most of the guests were there for that reason. However if everything states breakfast is until 10, leave it out until that time. That one thing/employee made my rating go down.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I had a great time in the pool (tho it was a little warm/humid for my liking) and hot tub, and I slept like a baby in the king size bed.

As much as I enjoyed my stay I did find a small curly black hair in the bathroom sink when I arrived - I have blonde hair - and at one point I came back with food and my keycard wouldn’t work. By the time I got a new one, my food was cold.

DirecTV module was not plugged in. I had to get help to make the TV work after plugging the electrical plug in. The directions on the card on the table did not work. The pet refuse can outside was overflowing with debris and could not be used. The pet policy for taking an extra deposit was not friendly. The daily pet charge was enough.

Very kind staff and did great accommodating for my dog, but I do wish there was outside security monitoring cars because there was a dog out in one of the cars while I was there by the time I finally noticed it it was checkout time so my family said it was pointless and telling you, but I think security and car monitoring should be a thing

We stayed at Comfort Inn in Creswell on our road trip to Hollywood and on our return back home to BC. Both nights were amazing. The room was clean and super quiet. The pool and hot tub were perfect after such a long drive. But the BEST part was the amazing breakfast with eggs, sausage,bacon and so much more to choose from. My son especially liked the waffle maker. The wonderful staff at breakfast was such a delight. I wish I knew her name because she was so cheery and friendly. We would definitely stay again - 100% recommend

everything was great. I would like to mention that Val was working the front desk as we arrived and was on the phone with what seemed to be a demanding and unreasonable guest. her professionalism and calm demeanor was really exceptional. i was impressed

Very convenient to I-5. Well lit parking lot. Large grassy area for walking my dog (pet friendly - $15 plus tax). Lobby was very cozy with the fireplace!

A little run down inside. Nothing broken, but just showing its age.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Location was great! The water pressure was fantastic, however!! We hated to leave it!!! Great room, lots of space to move around. The staff was absolutely wonderful!!

The TV/remote left a lot to be desired. Needs to be updated badly
