The location is great! Right in the middle of cottage grove and just a couple minutes from the historic downtown. It’s also right next to several highways, so it’s an excellent spot for excursions out of town. Despite what other reviews said, the property had wifi that worked without any issues whatsoever. The owner is super friendly and very accommodating.

What you see on the property photos is what you get. The rooms are small, with cinderblock walls. Despite the walls, it is easy to overhear other guests if they talk loud or have their tv volume up high. Just be aware, but it wasn’t too big an issue for me

Quiet location, no frills but clean and the staff were kind. Nice little coffee stand only a block away for breakfast and coffee.

It would be nice to have a little more shampoo (there was just one packet offered). My hair is long so I could have used one more.

Exactly what I needed. Gentleman at desk was polite and efficient. Anticipated my needs with a 4 year old and the room was clean and cool. No hassle parking and no problems with demographic there. I felt safe and comfortable. Will stay again.

Inexpensive so lacking a few of the things we expect nowadays, coffee maker, abundant electrical outlets, bulk hair products. But hey, it was cheap! And quiet and the mattress was so comfortable!

The key stopped working before we left. But it was fixed.

It’s an older motel but has been updated, tile surround in the bathroom, new flooring in the room, very quiet and excellent value when you only need a bed and a shower. Great water pressure in the shower.

No screen on the bathroom window, and I like to sleep with the window open.

Has smoking rooms

Neighbors loud throughout the night and another vehicle was parked partially in my parking spot so I could not get in my vehicle my husband had to back out of parking spot completely for me to get in

The owner had turned the heat on before we arrived. Much appreciated after the long, cold rainy day! No ADA available, but got us a ground floor room-thank you🙂

Pillows were not so great!

Host Clint was very helpful in explaining where to go for morning coffee, progress on town improvements, close by stores. Room was extremely comfortable (bed, shower) and neat. Close to Dutch Bros. Coffee

Wish they had breakfast, but it is a decent room for the price. The staff are great and very friendly and helpful.

A/C too loud. Floors very dirty I had to wash my feet before getting into bed Had obviously not been mopped
