In the middle of the high rise dorms off Franklin is the old school campus inn with outside balconies leading to exterior doors like the old motels. Right across the street from Whole Foods. Super clean rooms excellent beds and pillows. The plumbing is older so lower pressure and a few bath chips in tub. However excellent maintenance. We put up family here and stayed out last night moving as well. I love an old school hotel so conveniently located.

The only thing is I thought there would be more to breakfast after the reviews however it is in the lobby as a take away of pastries and juice and coffee. If you are a black tea drinker go elsewhere. However the while foods across the street is great.

The location was great to get to local activities, but note it's not near Autzen. It's about 15 min. drive from the stadium. There is a While Foods right across the street. They accommodated us last minute the day before a Ducks game. Very clean comfy beds, well managed. There was a basic gluten filled continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Parking was included.

There was a strange "sewer" odor first thing in the morning. If you need handicapped accommodation, there is no elevator, only stairs. Also, there is a $200 safety deposit. However, they waived that for us, so I'm not sure if thst iscstandard, but there's big signs stating such.

Staff was very accommodating. I arrived right at 4 pm. However the room I was assigned was not ready. So they found me another room. This room had a slight problem with slow draining water in the bathroom. So I was upgraded to the suite which was very nice.

The rooms had a very strong "CarpetFresh" aroma. Especially the initial room I was in. This was not pleasant and I would prefer just a thoroughly clean room with out the perfume add-on.

The front desk reception is very welcoming and customer service is excellent. I was very please with my one night stay. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to book here for the integrity of the inn and staff. Very clean rooms, they may need an update or redecoration but they are ok for the price but think outdated.

The outdated bedding and decor, and furniture makes you take a step back in time. I would say they should update the room and the color patterns for something in relation to the area like the greenery and maybe something more collegiate. They could also do with some sort of waffle/bagel station and better coffee. Some times the jacuzzi is often closed when I book. Not sure if it’s a maintenance issue or safety concern.. maybe both.

I love this place! You cam tell it was a real Hugh class spot in the 60s and even now it's clean well maintained and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my saftey and security and were just all around kind and sweet humans! My stay was a real treat, and the breakfast and coffee are great! I will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Once again this is so personal lol but I didn't like the maintenance man who was apart of this ongoing hacking stalking and attempts to end my life I've been dealing with for over a year non stop! As well as my mother sending other people there to make sure I couldn't get proper support safety or security.

The location was ideal for my plans. I was looking for a more traditional hotel / motel and this was spot on. The staff were very helpful and the coffee was really good. Breakfast was adequate. I chose here mainly as it was the mud point of my journey and it had laundry facilities. They were happy to amend my booking after I realised I'd made a mistake seconds after confirming.

It was a little tired. Not dirty at all, but you could see it has been patched up over time. The refrigerator in my room was noisy. I suppose I'd say it was at the pricey end of what I was willing to pay but I'd rather than with helpful staff. It might be that Eugene is just an expensive place, or I booked a little late, but I think as a solo traveller I'd have expected to pay a little less.

Great location and value. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and good shower pressure w hot water. The staff were super polite and accommodating. Great turn down service every night.

Fitness center is not great. But it’s a 10 minute walk to awesome walking and riding trails a few minutes away.

Great location and friendly staff. Enjoyed the hot tub and the overall atmosphere!

Room was not well cleaned at all. Floor was sticky and dirty and there was a dirty napkin in the nightstand when we arrived. Bathroom entry had nails poking up dangerously from the floor. After we mopped the floor and cleaned up a bit and placed a towel over the protruding nails, the room was very comfortable for our two-night stay.

The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean and tidy. The walls seemed pretty soundproof proof which made sleeping through the night even easier. The morning grab-and-go breakfast is always convenient.

We took a shower and loved the bodywash, shampoo and conditioner, but the shower in 125 didnt seem to drain very well.

This motel is close to everything in Eugene. You can walk to the University and many of the shops and restaurants downtown. The beds are comfortable and the shower was great. It's not a luxury hotel but it's perfect for a visit to my college kiddo. And it's pet friendly!

The road is a little busy so there is some traffic noise but it's not too bad.
